I have kept 1million dollar separate for this take. 25000 cap won't even reach anywhere near to 70% of its total ( if not 50%) till April 2015


So dear don't worry about total cap , just look into your noc/s and do calculations

GSW is Right...Individual NOCs are important.

Individual NOC CAP is 1000, but there are hardly any NOCs which will reach their CAP. Most of the others are stone cold. So total 25000 CAP reaching is just not possible. Cold NOCs will be available till the very end.

But having said this, no one should delay sending their applications. Try to dispatch applications urgently to get the PR closed as early as possible. Who knows what changes CIC will bring in once Express entry is launched !!

Is it ok to do the FBI fingerprinting yourself or do you have to get it done through a professional? I have tried to find some government or private agency which would do it for me in Islamabad but haven't been successful to date. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Suggest having it done professionally as it's hard to get clear fingerprints by yourself and if they aren't clear the FBI won't accept them.

Agreed brother...the excitement was just to see a second line on ECA status....London VO applicants timeline is slow...hence, the joy is spontaneous...the wait for MR continues...

Congrats on getting status update...
My 2nd line got updated on 22 september....I don't no whether I should be excited ,nervous or what..The reason is that, I have seen many applicants who have straight away got MR without their status update...What I feel is we have to wait little longer to hear from CHC regarding MR request.....And one more observation none of the applicants who have got 2nd line updated have received MR till now...
Just a thought....

Does anyone know by when 9th May applicant at NDVO should get MR? I am seeing people from 12th may getting MR. I got PER on 18th August.
should we contact NDVO if we don't get MR in week or two?

Hi,

I have renewed my wife passport (old passport had father name behind her name, so we filled forms according to passport name), I also attached the bank balance and FDs ( according her after marriage name). We also send marriage certificate to CIC.
Can I send the new passport with my name? If yes, do u think I should filled main form again according new passport name and signature?

My file reach on 8 july and my passport already expired on 20 september before CC CHARGE .
Please suggest me, should I send my new passport and her renew passport as per marriage name.

You should renew any expired passports now so you will be ready to update your information with the VO when you reach the local VO stage.

The only information on an individual's passport that matters is information pertaining to that individual. It doesn't matter if the father's or husband's name is on there properly, or at all. Passports issued by western countries don't even have this information because it's not relevant. A passport is a travel document only and is not proof of marriage or family relationships or date of birth or anything else.

Looks like before your IELTS you already have 55 and so would qualify even with the minimum 16 on IELTS. But if you want points for French you must take the appropriate test, have you? If not, and if you don't want to or can't, then you are at 51, in which case you can still qualify even with the minimum 16 on IELTS but you are cutting it very close.

2) Do current mailing address needs to be same as the current residence address or i can give the mailing address of my permanent place in india eventhough i am currently residing in other country.

Yes it can, and yes you can send it now but there is no guarantee that CIC will match it up with your application.
