Hi Everyone,

Just one basic question. Does a new applicant receive a UCI number if he/she receives a NER (Negative Eligibility Results) letter instead of a PER letter?

Yes, You receive UCI if your file is processed, result may be anything.

But, doesn't a NER letter (issued from CIO Sydney) state that the applicant's application is not eligible for processing by the VO? For example, if duties do not match with NOC, the application is filtered and never reaches the responsible VO.

Hi Seniors,

Need Help, I have sent second file which reached on 18 june. however for Birth date proof, I have attached notarised translation copy of birth certificate (No affidavit but notarised translation) + school leaving (Not having mother's and father's name). I have just got my birth certificate in English? should I send it or it is fine?

In detail: if your file is rejected on first evaluation (Completeness evaluation) only than it never reaches Visa officer. If it reaches visa officer/fees is charged. They have to keep record so it is kept by issuing you UCI. whenever you apply for visa same number is processed.
