Dear. Forumites....i am concerned about showing proof of funds
I am from India and have been living in SA since two years.....

So can I show funds from my SA bank account as POF?
How to show conversion to CAD? Does it need to be from a trusted partner?

@ Goku, Gsw .....I still have to apply bro....still gathering documents.......thanks and +1
@ CanOl....thanks and +1
@ electrical_manager....thanks and +1
@ Blowtouch.......thanks and +1

At this stage ... Kids passport is not mandatory
Put "a/f" in that place
Add 150 cad with birth certificate
Provide passport later at local visa office ( as soon as you get per )

All the best

Hi Seniors,

Need your help again. How strict is CIC when it comes to checking of the Supplementary Travels Form? Just now, I spotted 2 inconsistencies with my Form that was filled-out by my agent (I am partly to blame also for not checking it twice).

1. The length for my travel to Qatar from 9/2013 - 8/2014 as a worker was typed "9 months", while it should have been "12 months"
2. My travel to Qatar from 9/2012 - 8/2013 as a worker was not written in the table.

However, I attached all the passport pages with stamps in my applic package.

Are these errors material enough for the rejection of my applic?
Will further scrutinization of this Form just be passed by CIC to VO?
Thanks in advance.

Should'nt be an issue. At the most they will ask you to clarify the facts.

OK Thanks for the information what I am concerned about is that when they request me to send passports how much time usually they give is it 30 days 15 days because if I am traveling abroad I may miss the time line so I need to plan in advance if I have to cancel my traveling

The ONLINE PAYMENT Link shows ONLY 490 CAD$.. there's no option for paying Rs. 26,700/-
Has anybody Paid RPR Fess in INR terms (Rs. 26,700/-) via ONLINE payment ??

@ CanOl.. pls confirm the ideal scenario !

Haven't paid the RPRF yet, so not sure of the flow. You can check with someone who has already paid.

Hi Friends,

I application was submitted to CIC one month back and today i got my US PCC.

1) Shall i sent the PCC as an additional document to CIC. I have allready submitted my INDIAN and UK PCC along with initial application form .

As my time for PER will come only on Nov end or Dec , do i need to request for one more PCC?

Can anyone give me a light on this.. :)

FBI REPORT

As per CIC Website, it is not mandatory to send PCC along with application. If you do send them they should not be more than 3 months old. However, if you send them upon request at the later stage of the process, there is no such requirement. I believe most PCCs would be valid for a year. Hope this helps.

Got my PER today. :)
DD encashed on 19-september.
Already updated the data in the spreadsheet.
