Friends, i have a concern for the NOC 1113, all NOCs have altleast 1 applicant now but 1113 still slows "-".

Dont you all think its too good to be true?

Can we place an enquiry somewhere in CEC with regards to this NOC i.e. what is the status and why have they still put "-" there.

Does it mean that this NOC is not open at all?

May be the paper quality of FBI PCC is such that it is hard to make duplicate copy, may be there is some other security measurement inbuilt there - I don't know :-[ :-[.

I was referring to document checklist where original PCC copy required.

USA FBI PCCs are not hand-signed, but only printed. Original PCC is what the site says, nothing about a signed copy. So I am sure this should be accepted too as it is issued by police / government. Below is from CIC site:

Police certificates

All applicants must submit police certificates/clearances as part of the application process.

You and all of your family members who are 18 years of age and older and who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens will have to provide:
•a valid police certificate, or
•police clearance, or
•record of no information.

These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

Before submitting your application to the CIO, you should:
•research the estimated length of time required to obtain police certificates from all of the applicable jurisdictions, and
•begin to gather your police certificates.

Note. We strongly recommend that you submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. It depends on location of PSK. my case: passport issued in 2013 with verification. Time taken for giving PCC by PSK -- 22 days.

My PP was issued in 2007, I got my PCC from PSK within 2 hrs. If your current address matches the address mentioned in your Passport then they issue it on the same day .

BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A POLICE VERIFICATION DONE WHEN THEY ISSUED YOU THE PASSPORT. IF YOU COME UNDER A CATEGORY THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE POLICE VERIFICATION FOR PASSPORT ISSUE THEN YOUR PCC WONT BE ISSUED UNLESS A POLICE VERIFICATION IS DONE

I have one concern, there are many people are sceptical about submitting MF/ULIP statement as POF.. Do you know or aware about anyone who has been successful by submitting MF/ULIP statement ?

Actually, I need to be sure before I file my application..... I would go for policy surrender/MF withdraw, if these are not acceptable.... pls guide
