well..they still didn't release all the details..so I can't comment on it.
But my understanding is..companies won't be issuing a job offer..they'll only be telling the CIC to pick these particular candidates out of a pool because they are better suited for canadian economy.
anyway..it is just speculation. I guess they will release the details in a couple of months if they are "really" willing to start express entry in Jan 2015

I am not so sure about express entry. They talk about 6 month processing time and nothing about bridge Visas. What employer waits that long? If I get selected from the pool and get a job offer. Lets say it takes 6 month until they issue you visa. After that you have to quit your job, book a flight, pack your things.
Who waits that long?

How often does CIC call our employers for verification? Just so bad that my boss, also the signatory of my Ref Letter was terminated yesterday. It was his business card that was inserted in my applic. ANother business card inserted was my Managing Director's. I'm just afraid my MD might not cooperate very well to the idea of me migrating to CA.

Your Boss own personal number is not on that card ?

Folks,
I see that everyone knows who signed your courier. Where did you find it from?
I have got a POD from DHL which says it was delivered at NOVA SCOTIA AREA CANADA. But there are no details on who received and signed.
Please throw some light on this.

You need to call dhl and inquire. Thry have the name of the person who received the packate but sometime they dont update on pod.

A new member put up June 13th Cc charge...What about 12th June with addendum application s3nt on aug 12th...Will they take rime to matchup documents and hence delay in charging CC......Please throw some light...I am getting worried

So , they may call him on that number . I do not think it will matter much , because he recently left the job.

@ simar, CC need to swipe & if positive, applicant will know with the sms .........
but in case of DD ...i came to know it can take 3 -14 days to encash the DD...
incase of DD ...straight way you wont get any info.....thru that bank only you will get the info.

i am 4 june applicant........still waiting..........GOD knows what will happen..............

The term you mentioned swipe the CC.. maybe its a stupid question.. But they are only gonna key in the cc number and other cc details right, if you say swipe, then they should need the physical cc card in order to do that? how is the process done? some cc when used to buy online needs some OTP or sms confirmation to go ahead with the purchase, some don't. Since i saw some other threads that there are some applicants got rejected due to cc were unable to charged..

Any views on this?
