Dear Seniors,

In case the employer company is unwilling to provide the experience letter on company letter head (due to restrictions as per company policy), is it ok to obtain an email (from the official email id) of my manager with details of my job duties and provide that as a reference letter? Backing that up with the visiting card of my manager? Please let me know.

Should work perfectly with all supporting docs like appointment letter, pay stubs, promotion letters, and any other supporting documents. Also get a denial letter if possible else make an affidavit stating that you can not provide reference letter on company letter head due to company policy.

Rather than an email try to get a reference letter from your manager on a plain paper and ask him to sign it with his contact details and visiting card. Also, send as many supporting docs for this job as possible.

I have made the fee payment thru DD and i am 6th june applicant. I want to know whether my DD got charged or not but the bank from where i made the DD does not hav the facility to do so. So can i get this information from any other branch of the same bank. Getting anxious plz advice. ???

I have also got H1B visa through my employer and may be travelling to US by this December..

Can you please guide me that

1.Whether I can get my Medicals done in US in case the file is accepted by CIC and I get MR request
2. Do I have to return to India for submitting passports to NDVO or is there any other solution
3. My spouse will be in India .... so whether we can get our medicals done in different countries??

A response will be highly appreciated..... Please please please

Generally in what time DD is getting encashed?
As we already know that 5th June CC has been charged for lot of applicants here.
I am the 5th June DD guy.
Confirmed with my bank that DD still not debited.

Just to know that how much will it take to reach to september applications....

From the spreadsheet i noticed that there were approx 1200 application in May
some 500 in June and in July it is 470
for Aug and sep its 300 each..(aPPROXIMATELY)

You can get medical done from US .
2. Do I have to return to India for submitting passports to NDVO or is there any other solution
It depends, you may ask visa office to transfer your file to US visa office, but for that you should have been in US for 12 months. Otherwise u need to personally go to india to submit passports or give passports to reliable person who is coming to india and will submit on your behalf.

Well no question is dumb
ECAS- Its an online tool to know about the status of application(E-Client application status) : You need universal client id(UCI) to know the status
PER - It is first official milestone of your application called Positive eligibility review , it is an email notification from CIC to inform that your application has achieved positive determination of eligibility and can be processed ahead.
