Hi all,
I applied on category 2281 and my documents were received by CIC on 6/30/2014.
I have not heard anything from CIC yet. When should i expect reply??

Go to Profile on right sude menu of the page--> select forum profile information under modify profile on left side of page

Update the form and press change profile

Also update ss

Hello Seniors. Need your help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. ..

0112 is for human resource manager however there are other designation/titles also listed under the same field. I was wondering since my wife is the primary applicant and she is not a Manager. Although she is working in HR and her duties match with the NOC. She has also got the same on the company letter head with all the necessary requirement. Hope that is suffice to apply in that category.

Designation doesn't matter as long as job duties match. I can apply

I believe this is the only applicable NOC for you and me (IT Advisory & Consulting) ..

Hi Guys,

Although this is my first post but I have been following this forum since day one.

By God's grace I have received the PER mail couple of hours back. Below are the details:

App received: 30th May
CC charged: 17th Sep (day before my B'day..can't expect a better gift)
PER rcvd: 24th Sep
NOC: 1123

I too thought so. Job duties align but designations dont.

I read before that apps were rejected because the reference letter from work did not show sufficient proof. what should a letter ideally have and what are they looking for? any help will be much appreciated!

True, few Universities agrees to give u sealed enevelope which you can send to WES.

I did same, I collected the sealed envelope from University and sent to WES in another envelope.
I got my 2 degrees evaluated from WES, one university directly sent and one I sent thru courier. WES started evaluation when they received complete documents.

I disagree. The university gives a sealed envelope. Unless WES states that only University has to send the envelope. we can send both the sealed envelopes in one big envelope. I did that way and got my ECA report.

Matching exact designation is not necessarily, job duties are important. I think you should share her reference letter (remove company name, her name wnd any other personal info). So that forum members can review them and can suggest accordingly.

You are required to provide experience letter from your current and past employers. The letters should have the following 5 points:

1. period of employment with firm
2. positions you've held and time spent at each position
3. main duties in each position
4. total annual salary & benefits in each position
5. number of hours/week worked in each position

write the letters on company letterhead and get approved by HR/supervisor. Add stamp of company. You are done

Supporting docs are - payslips, work contracts, etc.

Is there any particular format for changes in IMM 0008 Form? Should i attach two different cover letters - 1 for new payment form and 01 for the Generic form IMM 0008? Kindly advise.

One cover letter covering both the concerns is sufficient. Cover letter must include

Family name
Name
Date of birth
Passport number
Date of delivery of original application
NOC
Country
Address
Cintact number.

My letter stated the following

Experience Certificate​

To whom this may concern:
This is to certify that MR. XYZ ABC National holding Passport No. 123456 was an employee of our company from XX to November XX (Full Time). His last position held during his tenure was XYZ with a salary of xxxxx /- and was entitled to receive medical insurance, three salaries for the housing allowance per year and annual bonus.
Following is a summary of his primary responsibilities and duties:

xxxxxxxxxxx

This certificate is being issued upon the request of Mr. XYZ for whatever legal purpose it may serve him without any responsibilities from our end.
