Luckily CIC is not closed for too many days. Just Oct 2 & 3 and then Oct 23 except for weekends. So I would expect by 3rd week of October they should start rolling out 3rd week MR's and by then we'll hopefully see more PPR's for earlier applicants.

So when can we expect MR... around Diwali or later????

I am not so regular in the forum now a days..But am a silent viewer for the past 6 months...I really appreciate all seniors that you guys are doing a great job...god bless u...

But please help me ..I need a big help in ds situation..my application was received at CIC ON 19th june.. But my spouse was not having a BC.. so we kept a notarized self affidavit declaring her DOB, as our consultant suggested..

But my spouse was having her SSC with DOB n parents name..but at that time we were not aware dat would be a substitute...
we kept all the required documents in one bundle as per order but in that we kept affidavit only...

BUT in another bundle we just kept her credentials which was not required as I am the Principle applicant...But along with her credentials I kept her SSC also...Will they check that bundle n consider SSC as her BC..or is der any way through which I can communicate the matter to CIC...

Or please tell me If I need not hope much...Dat we belong to category 2133...so re sending the documents will not make us in CAP..

I would prefer to play safe, so ill suggest you to send additional documents in a labled envelop additional documents for application submitted 19 june 2014, send with acover ketter and also email them.

On average how long it takes to get a MR request? And how long one has to wait after that to get Passport request?

6th June Applicant, CC charged 22nd Sep, PER 24th Sep.

Just a question; I have had a baby, a new job in a new country since June & a new passport number. Should I send documents proving all these changes NOW? Or should I send CIC the changes took place & wait for further instructions?

Depends on Visa office. Average 45 days to MR and another 30-45 to PPR. Just an estimate. Hope its faster.

Check the spreadsheet.

Dear Seniors,

Need your urgent help.

As per the guidance from you all, I have just spoke to my CC Provider about the authentication password, and they told me that the transaction will surely ask for the secure password.

So I am worried. And planning to choose other payment option.

1) Certified Cheque - What do they mean by certified? Isn't it normal cheque of banks?
2) Bank Draft - Is it equivalent to Demand Draft?

Thank you dear...but already 6th June applications started getting CC charged...That means ours already might have started proceessing..and I am at India it will take another 5-6 days to reach the additional document..

since I dont have ny other additional document to send the same certificate is der in the same envelope but diifferent bundle..I jst need to convey them the matter ..is der ny provisions for it..
