Me and my wife are applying file early next week for NOC 4151. Our agent here in Australia has recommended us to write a Statement regarding her experience on the job for four years and what all did she learn and attach it along with experience letter ..? I am a bit confused with this.. can anyone please tell me if this is a necessity and if yes .. please help me with the format .. Thanks in advance ..

I am currently filling the FSW application. Do we need to send in police certificates with it or can they be sent later? The website says they can be sent afterwards but the CIC person on the phone said send it with the package. Confused! Plus theres no time to wait for the certificates :S

It is recommended to send it with application but an application can be filed without PCC as well. You can submit it at a later stage too.

First of all, employment letter is required for only principal applicant and u need only one job duty letter which will contain below:

According to requirements they want:
Letters must be

· Written on company letterhead,
· Signed by responsible officer/supervisor,
· Have the printed name and title of the responsible officer/supervisor beneath the signature,
· Show the company`s full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
· Stamped with the company`s official seal (if applicable)


Letters must include all of the following information:

· The specific period of your employment with the company,
· The position you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position,
· Your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
· Your total annual salary plus benefits, (must include your salary)
· The number of hours worked per week. (must include your no of work hours per week)

So there is no need of adding any extra doc ....

And for the ur ref. following docs are suggested to send:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

NDVO accepts 3 months old ( from date if issue) PCC BUT ONCE SUBMITTED IT IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR

make sense so .. for New delhi 22 may applicant -

Is it right time to start for PCC ? how much time it takes if passport is for outside delhi?
