Wondering can someone apply for 2173 and 2174 at the same time? looks like they are very similar jobs and many programmers do both works?

I have received a call from Weizmann Forex Ltd (from them i got the DD of IndusInd Bank). They said the validation period of 6 months is of no use. The Beneficiary has to use it within 3 months only. Otherwise it will be counted as expired. Moreover, This type of DD cannot be re-validate. I have to go to branch with original DD to cancel it.

This is so ridiculous... I am totally confused and don't know what to do! I have also called IndusInd and they are saying the same thing. :-\ :-\ :-\
I don't think they are following any RBI guidelines :'(

Hello Seniors,

I have applied under NOC 1123 and have a question with regards to job description.

I have 4+ experience in similar field. However, this is my third job. On my first and second job description letter, employer have only put 4-5 points points which are related to NOC 1123 requirement. However, on the current job my HR put almost 90% of job description on the letter. Do you think it might cause an issue for my earlier experience letters?

Already submitted my filed and reached CIC on 12th Sept.

Please suggest.

And it's not all - I've just received a passport request, just two hours after I've paid the RPRF! Kyiv office continues to surprise with their unbelievable speed

Moreover, as I'm currently in U.S., Kyiv office has requested me to mail my passport to CPC-Ottawa. That's very nice of them, as otherwise I would've had to travel to Kyiv by myself (Ukrainian law does not allow to mail passports internationally to/from Ukraine).

should i worry about not receiving my PER or what?

I think you should not worry because it takes them approx 12 days after charging CC. Post that snail mail will take a month. Have patience till 10 october.. best luck.

Yes, it is mandatory that the notary should also provide affidavit separately for the translation

hello everyone,
My application reached cic office on 25 august. I have applied under NOC 0911 which is a cold NOC so there is nothing to worry about CAP but my biggest concern at this very moment is that my self assessed points equals 67.

1. Education= 23 points ( Integrated bachelor+masters 5 years , though WES have mentioned on front page that Canadian equivalence=Bachelors and Masters degree but they put a star in end at last page stating due to integrated nature of program it was not possible to differentiate between undergraduate and graduate study-which make me anxious whether they will award me full 23 points

2. IELTS ( R-7.5, L-8.5, S-7, W-6.5) = 23 points

3. Age = 12 points

4. Experience = 9 points

5. French = DELF A1 ( I dont know whether they will give me any point or not so i have assumed it) = 0 points (do you think they can give me 1 point ..???

TOTAL= 67

So i will like hear valuable opinion of seniors and experienced members about my Education and french points??? Lying exactly on edge is making me nervous ??? ??? ??? :'( :'( :'(
