Hi Seniors,

I am 7-May application got PER 7-Aug, file is under processing since 5-sep, I haven't got any MR till date... highly tensed...

Other NDVO applicants are getting MR even their processing started later. 12-sep also got MR, many on 16-Sep.

I am waiting, please help to understand why it is taking ling for me. Anyone else having same situation?

You can write to CIC for this ...

It is same for you. 6 or more years will fetch same 15 points. No extra benefit what so ever. It is not Express Entry.

Seniors need help here. I have gone through old relevant posts & found above answer. However I have below doubt.

I also worked for same occupation 2132 with 3 different company matching generic main duties with different systems.
My experience is total 8 yrs broken as 2.2+2.6+3.2. In the form 12b has 3 categories to choose i.e.1 year,2-3 year,4-5 year,6+.

If I write 3 category separately, I think I would get points only for 2 years each i.e. total 6 years instead of 8. & I may loose some points as this is the form I guess CIC would be calculating eligibility.

any suggestions ?

Time Line - file received 29th may, mode - DD, PER- 23rd sept
NOC- 3142 or can admin update ss. my id is srishikha
pl tell me how to update SS?

For me it shows "We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014."

Is this okay ? But no PER EMAIL !!!

So its on the way, mine after the mail is still showing this only... I think this is what it should show till you get AOR mail from local VO or medical request if you are from NDVO

Dont be tensed sir... Your verification and background checks might be taking more time than other applicants. Dont be negative, yesterday itself 7th May application reported MR. So please be patient and keep praying. All the best to you

I assume that I only need to write 4 lines in the form for main duties & not attach extra letter as detailed duties are given in my reference letters. is this correct ?

you can get a new BC made.. it takes a day or two..
if not, include the 10th marksheet, an affidavit from parents and an explanation letter to the CIO...

My parents' name on the 10th certificate is different from what it is on Passport.

father's name:
10th Certificate has "Firstname Middlename Lastname", whereas, Passport has "Firstname Middlename"

mother's name:
10th Certificate has "Firstname Middlename", whereas, Passport has "Firstname Lastname"

Would these discrepancies in names create a problem in the application?

Please help.

Can anybody tell me whether all the panel physicians in Canada are eMedical enabled or not? I did not find any information on it.

To show the work experience, do we need to attach any any letters mentioning the JD (job description)? I only have the appointment and experience letters from my ex-employers.

well i am just preparing my documents and god know whether i will be able to make it in the cap or not.
My NOC is 2281..

Any one has information about the relatives in canada as my cousin and mama ji are there but my mama's PR visa is expired and he applied for new PR Visa Card which will take time. Now, the question is that Can we take the Help of my cousin in showing relatives in canada.

Can i get 5 points by showing cousin as my relative in canada.
