I resend the wes report to cic before 10 days
I received one copy of the report to my address
Before 3 days
There is no no responce from cic about the wes update and what about PER mail
I am blankly checking the mail daily but no reply
Can I contact cic direct about my progress

What is the way forward. my application was sent to CIC On 29th AUG.

Can i send the DD now to CIC or somehow can i change my credit card number in payment method form ?

Please help urgently.

Re: Payment through combination of two ways.

Applicants can use multiple payment method. But the amount should be multiple of per person fee. You can refer to the example given in the very Payment Form in "Method of Payment Option" section.

Senior splease comment.. I am not sure if u can do payment like this.. You can make two DDs for sute bit half payment from CC and half from DD, I guess this is not acceptable.

Name of sister in law means sister of your spouse right?
Her name should be included in Additional Family information form of your spouse. Your spouse have too fill this form. Additional family information means all person including your parents who are in your BLOOD relations. GOOD LUCK.

Sister in law is
Sister of ones wife or husband.
Wife of ones brother or brother in law.

It is better to understand that you need to specify your brother and sister and your spouse brother and sister only...

Hi puja, in generic form, we should include dependents including spouse and children.

Yes one can mention name of children in Generic application.

I would suggest, stop local currency transaction. If possible, instruct bank that it will only honor transaction from Canada only.

Hi there,

Few weeks back I wrote an email to CIC asking about the status of my application. Today they have replied stating that it has been returned because it was deemed incomplete. It also says that a letter of explanation is with the package which is sent via ordinary mail. They sent the package on 4th Jul. I haven't received the package yet. Any idea how much time does it take to reach back to India (Pune)?

As per SS your application received at May-07 and sent back on July-04. That means Completeness check for June applicants have been finished...

I just read it on the blog that we are not required to include parents information in the generic application form and only spouse, children (if any) details are required to be added. If that is the case then i will just have to send them the background and additional information form of my spouse.

Please clarify is it mandatory to mentioned settlement funds in the economic class form....i have mentioned 18500$ CAD for 2 person in the asset field. is that ok

I just realized a couple of mistakes that i have made by looking at your comments.

- Did not included the details of my parents in the generic application form.
- Did not included the background declaration form of my spouse
- Did not included the additional information form of my spouse
- i have mentioned the assets value of 18500$ in my economic form and since i don't have any liabilities i have not mentioned anything in settlement funds and liabilities.

I am sending the updated generic application form, background declaration form and additional information. Do you think i should send the updated economic form? Also, just wanted to seek your advice, will they accept the updated forms because my file reached CIC office on 13th august and i still have lot of time before they evaluate my application.

I will also be sending a cover letter explaining my situation and hope they should accept it. pls advice
