This assumption is not correct. Application numbers are not linear. Number of applications of the first 1.5 month is almost equal to the number of applications till then. So do not worry, check the estimations at SS.

brother u r indian and vo is ndvo.....at the speed ndvo is going.....u will fly to Canada within this year.......the passport exp is june next year, I think there wont be any problem for that. the requirement for some countries is that passport must be valid for atleast 6 months at time of stamping visa......u will get visa in November or early December......I don't think that gona create any problem. also do check the passport validity requirement for Canada.

good luck.

Thanks Bro!!!

I thought of the same, but one thing that striked me is that, the VISA will be issued for a year. since her Visa is not valid for another year, they might ask for fresh passport and this might delay the process. Hence the worry.

what do you think?

and i am travelling to my home town for a week this weekend. I will have good time to apply new one for her.

But thanks a ton for your valuable suggestion!!!

God Bless!

Hi,

I just realized a couple of mistakes that i have made by looking at your comments.

- Did not included the details of my parents in the generic application form.
- Did not included the background declaration form of my spouse
- Did not included the additional information form of my spouse
- i have mentioned the assets value of 18500$ in my economic form and since i don't have any liabilities i have not mentioned anything in settlement funds and liabilities.

I am sending the updated generic application form, background declaration form and additional information. Do you think i should send the updated economic form? Also, just wanted to seek your advice, will they accept the updated forms because my file reached CIC office on 13th august and i still have lot of time before they evaluate my application.

I will also be sending a cover letter explaining my situation and hope they should accept it. pls advice

Jobs are segregated over places across Canada...People from animation find good jobs in vancouver, people from IT find jobs in Toronto, Montreal (french speaking). Young students who need quick immigration and decent job ($14-$16 per hour) in restaurants, food-franchise, FMCG, Factories etc find alberta & calgary good.

In a nutshell...people find job eventually...we need to be more flexible towards role and duties & sometimes even look out for entirely new direction...

Unlike in India (where i come from) here people are still into lower management or middle management after 10 years of experience. In India one becomes team leader or senior team leader or even managers with 10-15 years exp...here in canada there is no retirement age and pay is good. No one switches job hence few job openings and promotion.

Good luck everyone :)

brother u have no idea whats going on in Pakistan..........very few gets job on merit......the rest of the public need some source or have to bribe to get job. also people cant even cross rupees 100000 in 3 years as salary....specially in Karachi.....so called economic hub of Pakistan........the conditions are disastrous and very hopeless.

the main reason for educated people to immigrate from Pakistan is this system. no jobs, no salaries, no increments, no promotions, nothing on merit! not even education! u spent 10 years and cant even build a 240 sqyd house on your own earning with honesty..........in contrast I have seen and read people doing odd jobs, selling burgers, being watchman, book keepers........ and even they buy houses after 6 7 years in Canada, then what you think how much more we can achieve as being well educated and skillful!

good luck every one,
