Hello everyone.

I'm new to this forum I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!
I'm 2nd May applicant NOC 2123, CPC-O Visa office. It is quite long unfolding of events so i will sum it up.
1. Did not receive PER -> sent inquiry to CIO-Sydney.
2. CIO-Sydney replied that they no longer have the file and i should contact CPC-O.
3. Sent inquiry to CPC-O -> Got reply that they are confirming that the "application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline."
4. Still No PER

Today my uncle, who is authorized to receive information on my behalf, got an e-mail that my file is being transferred to New York Visa Office.

I'm currently in Canada with Student visa till April 2015
I haven't received any correspondence from CIC other then the replies to my inquires to them ...

What should i make out of all this?

Folks,

need one help. I have received my PER on Aug 19th and waiting for MR.

My daughter's passport expires on June 2015. Do you think that i should renew her passport now and send the new Passport details when i send my MR and RPRF? or CIC will issue Visa on the existing Passport.

Dont know about any specific validity is required for the passport for CIC to issue visa?

Help highly appreciated. and Thanks in advance!

brother u r indian and vo is ndvo.....at the speed ndvo is going.....u will fly to Canada within this year.......the passport exp is june next year, I think there wont be any problem for that. the requirement for some countries is that passport must be valid for atleast 6 months at time of stamping visa......u will get visa in November or early December......I don't think that gona create any problem. also do check the passport validity requirement for Canada.

Have recived 2nd update on my Ecas :

1st update: We recieved ur application for PR on 7th May.
2nd update (latest one) : We have started processing your application on 17th Sep.

Any idea what the 2nd update could mean ?
Has it reached VO (new delhi) n update from them?
Didn't recieve anything like " your app has been recieved by NDVO".
Any idea frnds.

Appliction check is in process and you will get MR soon...
