Please guide me, I am in deep trouble.

My visa consultant is saying to me that your name must be on my wife's passport and my wife's name must be on my passport, Is it true?

WES credential authority will take 4 months to give ECAS certificate to eligible for FSW 2014? My agent is telling me like this and he wants more money from me.

B.Com (Accounting and Auditing) a three year course studied in India......is valid in Canada or not?

I have 6.5 years of work experience as an Accountant.
I got 6.5 band L 6, R 7, W 6 and Speaking 6.5
My wife is dental surgeon and got 5 band in each module in GT IELTS
my age is 33 years
I have CAD $ 20,000 balance

Its not mandatory to endorse your spouse name in your passport for immigration. In fact they have only asked for 1st page of passport. All they want is a marriage certificate as a proof of marriage.

On receipt of all the documents, i.e. sealed transcripts, copies of mark sheets & degrees, syllabus etc., they may take 4 to 6 weeks to complete the assessment. You can pay extra for international courier to make sure you receive it in a couple of days.

Please go through the link below and calculate your points. If you are able to score 67 or more, you are good to go.

BTW why is your consultant asking for more money??? if he is claiming that wes assessment would take 4 months and spouse's name in passport is mandatory, he wont be able to get your assessment report or your passport any time earlier than the usual time.

Please chuck this consultant and go through CIC website. You will find all necessary information there.

DD. checked with bank not cleared yet. Application NOT received back. Read some June and July applicant have revived their application back

Did you check if the mondays were holidays when the releases were on tuesdays. I dont think they would do it on a tuesday without a reason, in this case, most likely a holiday on monday. Please check.

Submit affidavit for marriage certificate and EPF can be shown as POF for Settlement funds

CIC has started charging 6th June applicants today, I'm also 26th may - no news, so today I sent enquiry mail to CIC. It will take 3-4 weeks for their response, but what else can one do at this stage.

Hi All,

While submitting my application on 2173 code, we have a requirement that we need to put Birth certificate but i dont have birth certificate, Instead of this , i have placed non availability letter which is duly signed by government officer and is attested. is it ok?
