CAP updates are being released on Tuesdays after every two weeks as per the trend so far. So, I am assuming new CAP update will be released tomorrow morning by CIC.

guys i need some advice please

i applied under noc 1112, application delivered 18 aug.

MY CONCERN:

My roles and responsibilities (im working in finance domain) are a mix and match of 0111 (financial managers) and 1112 (financial analyst)

NOW IF I MAKE ANOTHER APPLICATION UNDER 0111 - the chances if it being through are very high.

but at the same time if my previous application (made under 1112) too gets processed will i be at risk?

as the company i am working for is the same, just duties are being adjusted in line, keeping noc 0111 in mind.

My visa consultant is saying to me that your name must be on my wife's passport and my wife's name must be on my passport, Is it true?

WES credential authority will take 4 months to give ECAS certificate to eligible for FSW 2014? My agent is telling me like this and he wants more money from me.

B.Com (Accounting and Auditing) a three year course studied in India......is valid in Canada or not?

I have 6.5 years of work experience as an Accountant.
I got 6.5 band L 6, R 7, W 6 and Speaking 6.5
My wife is dental surgeon and got 5 band in each module in GT IELTS
my age is 33 years
I have CAD $ 20,000 balance

passport names not required like this, marriage certificate would be required though

also an advice, call up abhinav outsourcing. they will guide you and not fool you at all

Hi All,

May-09, 2014 applicant for FSW 2014, got request for Medicals on 16th sept, Today I have undergone medicals and DMP recorded high BP 150/90. DMP requested for ECG and other blood test because of high BP. Please suggest is anything to worry about? I never had any complaint about BP in past, can high BP a reason for medical inadmissibility.

BP should not be a reason for rejection

Medical inadmissibility is only when your medical condition puts a burden on Canadian health System or a threat to health of others.

Finally!!! I sent my application tonight! It's on the way to the great land of Nova Scotia using UPS Express - gaurenteed delivery by 2 PM on 25th Sept

WES credential authority will take 4 months to give ECAS certificate to eligible for FSW 2014? My agent is telling me like this and he wants more money from me.WES will sent you the report within 10 days of receiving all docs(current speed). Use Express courier option for delivery

Few weeks back I wrote an email to CIC asking about the status of my application. Today they have replied stating that it has been returned because it was deemed incomplete. It also says that a letter of explanation is with the package which is sent via ordinary mail. They sent the package on 4th Jul. I haven't received the package yet. Any idea how much time does it take to reach back to India (Pune)?

As per SS those who got MR hv enterend the dates of file started processing and MR request date as just 2 to 10 days gap...so is tht a wrong entry..

its not wrong, actually when you get per after that 40 days are taken by vo to send mr request.
processimg started means that vo has picked up your application on that particular date

Jobs are segregated over places across Canada...People from animation find good jobs in vancouver, people from IT find jobs in Toronto, Montreal (french speaking). Young students who need quick immigration and decent job ($14-$16 per hour) in restaurants, food-franchise, FMCG, Factories etc find alberta & calgary good.

In a nutshell...people find job eventually...we need to be more flexible towards role and duties & sometimes even look out for entirely new direction...

Unlike in India (where i come from) here people are still into lower management or middle management after 10 years of experience. In India one becomes team leader or senior team leader or even managers with 10-15 years exp...here in canada there is no retirement age and pay is good. No one switches job hence few job openings and promotion.
