it may as I have seen only 30% people in this forum and rest 70% are not in this forum,
also last week projected about 40 but it s gone up to 70 so,, may be this week it could be near by 100 means 372 total :-* :P :o

that was from major bulk of May applications (2132 mechanical engineer). i think that would not repeat again now till end.....hope so 30-35 per week from now onwards......what u say?

heloo frnds...

iam just abut to start filling my documents under FSW.. i wanna to know that should i have any agent or consultant ... or i shuld at my own ...

if i do it myself ...... plz guide me and tell me the steps.. as ia running out of time
plzzz
plzz

I can't speak about having a consultant but from my own experience is not so difficult to gather all the documents and fill the forms by yourself. Yes, you should invest a huge amount of time looking for all the necessary documents and certifications, as well as filling the forms, but everything is well explained in the guide. I did it by myself and everything was ok, I got PER a couple of weeks ago. So in my opinion, you can save a LOT of money if you don't hire a consultant....
Hope this helps :)

I am in canada for last 5 years. I was at Toronto for 4 years and I moved to Calgary recently. I feel its upon an individual regarding which place is better. As of my opinion if u have a will to take any job we can survive in any cities. But based on my experience I feel calgary is best since it is booming economy with oil wealth and after coming here I realised that it is very easy to get jobs here comparing Toronto.Toronto will give all the luxury of a cosmopolitan city with better weather conditions. But starting a career in Toronto is tough because of high competetion and demand. I never visited vancouer so not much idea about it

Thank you. +1 for sharing your invaluable experience. I will be heading to Calgary, if I get a Visa. Good Luck with your application too.

Guys ..... just received a link

Might help us all ...... near future

http://www.workopolis.com/content/advice/article/canadas-most-and-least-attractive-cities-to-live-and-work?CID=721:19L:14946

Seniors already in Canada .... pls give ur suggestions

Jobs are segregated over places across Canada...People from animation find good jobs in vancouver, people from IT find jobs in Toronto, Montreal (french speaking). Young students who need quick immigration and decent job ($14-$16 per hour) in restaurants, food-franchise, FMCG, Factories etc find alberta & calgary good.

In a nutshell...people find job eventually...we need to be more flexible towards role and duties & sometimes even look out for entirely new direction...

Unlike in India (where i come from) here people are still into lower management or middle management after 10 years of experience. In India one becomes team leader or senior team leader or even managers with 10-15 years exp...here in canada there is no retirement age and pay is good. No one switches job hence few job openings and promotion.

Good luck everyone :)

Good afternoon to all,

I have a question regarding liability and assets.

* What information do I have to put under assets, our only assets are our monthly salaries. Do we only include our salaries, if so do we include monthly salary or yearly? Do we only include my husbands (main applicant) or both our salaries?
*Under liabilities we have an education loan for our kids school paid in 1 year span do we include that, if so do we include monthly payments or what the whole loan amount is or what we owe until date of application?
* Do credit card debts have to be included?
* Do other personal loans have to be included (whole loan amount or what we owe until date of application or what we pay monthly on the loans?
* Do we include the bank certificate for the POF as part of our assets?

My father is giving me the money as a gift and will do so when I am close to applying, I will put the money in a bank certificate with my name, do you think they will ask where I got the money from? I have to take another loan to pay other things, will they investigate why I took that loan or think its for the POF? My husbands the main applicant, do they investigate me?

Thank you so much, for the great job you all do.

Your Property, House, Cars, Jewelry etc. are all your assets.
Your Loans are your liabilities.
Your investments in liquid assets are your settlement funds. like. Bank Balance, Provident Fund, Fixed Deposit etc.
