Good news mate and congratulations....

Dear All,

I am a 5th June applicant & CIC has attempted to charge my CC today. I have contacted the bank & they have informed me the transaction was NOT declined, however the money is still not collected. I suppose they shall collect end of the day.

So, for all, 5th June has started to be charged.

(P.S. I will not update the sheet until the money is really collected to avoid any misleading info for anyone)

Assets $310,000
Liabilities $115,000
Settlement funds $65,000 (30,000+35000)

I need to show funds for 5 people - which is 24,920

Currently I am making 70,000/year
and I live in USA for 12 years - so I have some savings. Car and bought the house with mortgage...
I have Certificate bank statement from foreign account & translations
I have letter from real estate agent showing the current value of my house

I don't know if this is not too complicated...

I am in canada for last 5 years. I was at Toronto for 4 years and I moved to Calgary recently. I feel its upon an individual regarding which place is better.As of my opinion if u have a will to take any job we can survive in any cities. But based on my experience I feel calgary is best since it is booming economy with oil wealth and after coming here I realised that it is very easy to get jobs here comparing Toronto.Toronto will give all the luxury of a cosmopolitan city with better weather conditions.But starting a career in Toronto is tough because of high competetion and demand. I never visited vancouer so not much idea about it

it may as I have seen only 30% people in this forum and rest 70% are not in this forum,
also last week projected about 40 but it s gone up to 70 so,, may be this week it could be near by 100 means 372 total :-*

Good afternoon to all,

I have a question regarding liability and assets.

* What information do I have to put under assets, our only assets are our monthly salaries. Do we only include our salaries, if so do we include monthly salary or yearly? Do we only include my husbands (main applicant) or both our salaries?
*Under liabilities we have an education loan for our kids school paid in 1 year span do we include that, if so do we include monthly payments or what the whole loan amount is or what we owe until date of application?
* Do credit card debts have to be included?
* Do other personal loans have to be included (whole loan amount or what we owe until date of application or what we pay monthly on the loans?
* Do we include the bank certificate for the POF as part of our assets?

My father is giving me the money as a gift and will do so when I am close to applying, I will put the money in a bank certificate with my name, do you think they will ask where I got the money from? I have to take another loan to pay other things, will they investigate why I took that loan or think its for the POF? My husbands the main applicant, do they investigate me?
