Hi can someone help me out here !!

My agent has mistakenly sent the wrong form and now CIC is requesting for the new form for me. I had submitted my docs on the 13th of June. and now I have to resend only the application form. Will this be a major impact on my application ? Will CIC pick it up from here or have I got to wait in line again till my turn comes.
my category is 1123.

What do you mean by wrong form?
Did Cic sent your package back with a rejection letter? What do you mean by they are asking you to resubmit? Please elaborate so we could assist accordingly

Are you saying you are a 13 June applicant and CIO office has communicated you to send the new generic application form?

Possible they are doing completeness checks for this date

Last year viz 2013 i enrolled into Masters Program....completed theory part (I st yr)...though i do not hav the degree certificate for it...as i'll grad this yr. So shuld i mention this study in application..if yes then are Credential Assessements required as i hav only mark sheets of theory subjects. and will i get points for such yet to complete studies???

If you have put them in that order it is not a reason to reject. And tomorrow atbest there is a query, and you can explain if VO asks on the data. I dont see any suppression or misrepresentation of facts. I dont think you need to worry on that now. But I am not able to see your entry in the SS...yes, I could see it. MY CONCERN:

My roles and responsibilities (im working in finance domain) are a mix and match of 0111 (financial managers) and 1112 (financial analyst)

NOW IF I MAKE ANOTHER APPLICATION UNDER 0111 - the chances if it being through are very high.

but at the same time if my previous application (made under 1112) too gets processed will i be at risk?

as the company i am working for is the same, just duties are being adjusted in line, keeping noc 0111 in mind.

On CIC its written u can apply under multiple NOCs...so its perfectly fine...infact its good to safeguard....go ahead and send second application asap....if possible send payment thru CC so that if u get PER for ur first file u can stop payment to charge for second application.

You can include this as part of your Background declaration but this will NOT be eligible for Credentials Assessment as you have not 'completed' it yet (if I understand correctly).

You can send it to the same address that you originally sent you app..but you need to really hurry..as currently completeness check is in process for end of june /early july applicants. Ensure you provide all details including last name first name, passport, country, noc code and category, date of birth and place, receipt date and receiver details and your Email, phone and correspondence address in the envelope itself. Not essential i believe in your case, but will let you sleep peacefully. So yes. All the best!

It is expected that Assets-liabilities is equal or greater than settlement funds....so the one who prepared maybe corrected if not late. All the best. Anycase what is critical at this stage is your settlement funds value..and supportings for the same as liquid fds...fd, savings..
