Hello All,
I need some insight.

I was reviewing my application and realised on form IMM5669 that for question 8, (personal history) that I have filled in the information for 10 years, but in the last tab I have put in 3 duties & 3 companies where I worked all grouped together, instead of splitting out each one.

ie

Date 2004-Jun to 2005-Oct Job Title 1, Job Title 2, Job Title 3: Location XXXXX; Company 1, Company 2, Company 3
do I need to resubmit application and show it as

Date 2004-Jun to 2005-Jan Job Title 1, Location XXXX, Company 1
Date 2005-Jan to 2005-Jul Job Title 2, Location XXXX, Company 2
Date 2005-Jul to 2005-Oct Job Title 3, Location XXXX, Company 3

Please help.

If I need to update, where should I send the letter to ask for it to be updated?

As charge day for 4th of June applicants has started few days ago, we went to bank today to check for any credit card transfer.
Unfortunately, just today we have found out that credit card number that we have entered on fee payment form is no longer valid. Our bank, without any notice, issues a new credit card with new credit card number, even thou the old one was valid for a year and more, and blocks the old one.
Now we have on fee payment form credit card info that is not valid, and for sure CIC will not be able to charge us.
Our question is what should we do?
We have send enquiry about whole matter to e-mail found on CIC site, and filed out the specific case enquiry, and of course we have received generic reply, and have to wait up to 30 days.

Is it advisable to send new fee payment form, will CIC accept it and replace the old one?
Or is it too late, we will receive our application back, and we have to send it again.
NOC is 2263 and as we see, we still have time before cap is reached for this NOC.

There is no harm in trying do whatever u can do fight till end. Just make a cover letter and explain the situation and fax it with a new fee payment form. Also courior the form asap using fastest possible courior. If it gets through its a winwin situation. If not on higher side u only loose courior charges. Fax no is 001902 564 3207

1.Has almost finished gathering the docs. PCC is on its way. I was actually waiting to take the DD in the last moment for getting maximum validity. Tried ICICI bank and some other banks but seems like none of them have CAD DDs in my area. Thomas Cook is having. But they are saying that i must submit the embassy letter along with the passport copy for getting DD. Can anyone kindly let me know what mandatory documents need to be submitted for DD so that I can convince them? As you guys already know that we wont be having any embassy or visa related documents while applying the first time?

2.In the Generic Application form, can the fax number column be left blank as I dont have one?

If you have put them in that order it is not a reason to reject. And tomorrow atbest there is a query, and you can explain if VO asks on the data. I dont see any suppression or misrepresentation of facts. I dont think you need to worry on that now. But I am not able to see your entry in the SS...yes, I could see it. Sorry for missing it initially. Thanks and all the best!
