I am new to this forum.

By the grace of God, I am happy to inform you that my CC has been charged already an hour ago.

Date applied: May 29, 2014
Application received: June 2, 2014
NOC: 1111
Cc charged: September 22, 2014

Has anyone in here already charged by CIC (CC charged or DD encashed) yet application was rejected or returned afterwards?

If yes, please can you provide the possible reasons for rejection?

Hi Guys,

can you please help me in clarifying a few queries on the forms filling..

a) I'm currently desingated as Associate and falls under NOC 2173, but my nature of duties are Software Testing...What do i need to mention in the current occupation and intented occupation in the general application form

b) In the econmic class form, it is mentioned as "Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements.''....Do i need to mention the primary occupation name as ''Software Engineers and Desgineers''' even though my nature of job is related to Testing...

c) I have done my schooling for 12 years and UG for 3 years and PG for 3 years..how do i split up to fill for the Primary/Seconday/Post-Secondary/University

The crucial point is the job duties. Choose whichever NOC best matches the job duties in your reference letters.

I being the Principal Applicant should i be showing Assests which are in my name or can i show my Husband's name or Father-in-law's?

Thanks for your reply. I have another query regarding Generic application form for Canada. Under Education/Occupation details 3. Current Occupation and 4. Intended Occupation. As I am currently working under 1114 category and applying under 2173, would it be a negative influence if I mention my Intended occupation as Software Engineers or the other way round.

But i think u need to write a cover letter explaining ur 1114 experience and that u r not submitting any exp. Letter for that and neither claiming points for it

I see a 12 June application by thind 26 was returned due to a payment issue in SS. Was it returned due to completeness check like missing the payment form? I am not sure how a DD applicant got this rejection info?

As I see in the SS that some of the 29th May applicants also received their PER.

I am really worried as I still didn't here anything from CIC...... ???

I can't see any 29 May in the SS who received PER!!
