Dear All,

I am 12th June Applicant. My initial application was complete with all respect. Experience letter attached with the application fullfill all check list requirement. (so these is a good chance it will pass through the intial screening)

However, i felt to more eleborate my job descriptions. So i got new experience letters with detailed JD. i sent those additional document and those were received on Sep 19 by CIC. Is this ok.
Will they consider these new documents for PER

I had given my credit card details for the payment but now the issuing bank (citibank) has issued a new chip card, mentioning that the old card will be valid only till october 24, 2014. I am worried now, what to do.

Sorry bro but you are wrong here.

No PCC is required for minor dependents below 18 years. Quote from CIC website :

To immigrate to Canada, you and any family members 18 years of age and older must provide police certificates to the visa office if asked to do so.

From past experiences, if you mention your UCI, for 100% of cases, CIO attached documents. If you don't have any UCI, I don't know the success rate but possibly they will attach. Note that CIO themselves communicate with clients that there is no guarantee that a document will be added.

A print out of the TRACKING DETAILS OF UPS / DHL delivered at cic is more than sufficient as proof. I have done the same to get the second copy! All the best! Do also mention the requirement is for FSW and put the receiver address as your address (AND NOT CIC!). All the best!

You can provide copy from the contract...

As SRVMH mentioned he was paid in cash because it was a private clinic and neither he got salary slips from his employer.

In this case, can NDVO or any VO for that matter ask for PAN details to check for authenticity of employment.??

Dear u need to get the roles and responsibilities for each position you held in company else only the points rewarded to you would be, the total experience spent in latest designation, for which roles are specified.

I did the same mistake...I have total of 10 years of experience but in my Duties letter I only mentioned duties of current designation (which still falls under 3-4 years] and I am safe on completing total 67 point requirement.

So reuest your supervisor to issue a letter with duties for all the positions.

I have a question regarding Experience letter. My employer has issued a letter in format

Designation 1, Start Date, End Date
Designation 2, Start Date, End Date
Designation 3, Start Date, End Date
Designation 4, Start Date, End Date

Current roles and responsibilities are as following:

• role 1
• role 2

As there were 3 promotions since i joined but roles and duties mentioned are for current designation only.

Is this format ok ?

Difficult to say...CIC is looking at mid-June applicants now. So as far as the speed is concerned, we have to look at the CAP figure when CIC ends June applicants..may be after 2 weeks i.e., Oct 2nd Week Monday.

1112 for mid august is real dicey .. whatever anyone says, tonight you will be in a better position to assess after cap updates .. in all likelihood, it would touch 675-700 today ..

best of luck and keep searching if you can applu in an alternative NOC ..
