Guys I need your help badly..

My eca report just came in.. I am a bachelors degree holder and my exam report shows only two year course(diploma). Would it lead my case be rejected when it reaches cic for evaluation... Pls help me.. I am confused..

Thank you in advance

No application will get rejected on the basis of WES evaluation as long as you are meeting eligibility criteria. Impact of WES assessment will be on your total points. If your total points are equal to or more than 67, you are not out.

So keep batting dude..!! :) :)

having difference of opinion is a human nature and there is no harm in it and accepting it, but when people don't understand what the other person is saying and start telling others that this is wrong and will cause u harm, then its something to worry for, as that person is not only understanding but misguiding others and misleading them towards wrong courses.

I appreciate your response and thanks for that. good luck, I m already chilling :D

brother the requirement is to send JD on a company letter head, signed by an authority, letter must mention company address and contact details............cos VO can or will contact that company to verify and cross check the contents and info provided.

so if you mean to send it on a blank paper.......not fulfilling the requirements......then it will get you rejected straight away. yes u can do one thing, print your letter yourself but it must be on company letter head and signed by an authority.

hope that helps, good luck.

Background verification and security checks

Hello all,

I recently read a post on this forum where in applicant is banned for 2 years by NDVO on account of negative employer verification and it was a physical verification done by VO/3rd party appointed by VO.

My queries are:
1. Can CIC also do verification (if not physical, maybe online etc.) or verification is only done by VO.

2. Do they do physical verification in extreme cases only where the quotient of doubt is high or is it common.

3. I have given business card of my manager and letter heads also provide his number as he happens to be the MD of company as well, will verification call go to manager's mobile or it can also be done on landline.

And lastly any suggestions would be highly appreciated to avoid negative verification.

Thanks guys.

P.S. I read another post saying to sync your social media profile @ FB, linkedin etc as verification can be done on social media sites too. Beware friends make changes accordingly if required.

Seems you are right. Your VO is now Paris.

And this is not AOR. But for sure your application has reached its destination and is in good hands. 8)

Enjoy

1-Does it mean my visa office is now Paris, instead of Ankara (where I had requested to be) ?

2-Is this e-mail AOR ? I think it is, but I want to make sure anyway...

Thanks in advance for helpful comments...

By the way, I really find this forum very helpful to each other, although I happen to offer comments very less. Wish I could do more but there are experts here, so that feels like it's not my place to. God bless you all..
