Received SMS from ICICI Bank that the CC $1100 transaction has been DECLINED :(. so pissed off. I called the customer care so many times this week and told them that I am expecting this transaction. Still, it got blocked.

Talked again to customer care today and they told me that now it will go through. Just praying that CIC tries again.

Folks, do you know any special instruction I need to give to ICICI Bank. Please help..

Congratulation. Response given below in RED. The update link to inform NDVO is https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi

Also PLEASE update your status in the spreadsheet.

Hello All!!!

I have gotten my PER. Thanks everyone for yours guidance.

My details are as below:
NOC 2132
Application Date May 28th
Payment Cashed (DD): Sept 12th
ECAS Update Date: Sept 16th
PER Date: Sept 19th
Visa Office: NDVO

Now time for questions/queries

1.) I have moved to USA 3 weeks on H1B; so shall I update CIC or NVDO on my new employment and change of address (India to US)? Yes, to NDVO
2.) Also, I got married on June 30th (After application date). How, when, and where shall I apply to change my status (single to married) and include my wife on my application? Yes, to NDVO
3.) Will there be a longer delay in my case since I have changed employment, residence, and marital status?: It may delay for some time. If you inform later, it will get more delayed.
4.) How long is generally/typically taking for NVDO applicants to get MR after PER? Avg 48 days
5.) If possible, can I change my visa office from New Delhi to CPC-Ottawa? If yes, is there any benefit of doing the same? You can request NDVO; I don't see much benefit as transfer could cause further delay. NDVO is very fast this year

Thanks again!!! Yours expert advice is always appreciated.

Thank you Century! Should I just drop a message, and wait for NDVO to ask for new documents; or shall I upload my marriage certificate along?

Also, I don't see option for editing the SS.

Search on this website is broken. Never works. Search on keywords like "FBI", 'Delhi" and it says "No Results Found" AMAZING...

Anyway, can someone please share the Delhi visa office contact details (Both Email and Phone)
I want to send them a communication asking an extension for FBI PCC submission, but first i want to talk to them on phone as well, if that is possible.

Dear friends,
I have recently obtained PCC from Saudi Arabia. The PCC is just a seal from the Saudi Police which says "No criminal record" in Arabic and English. The seal is stamped on the fingerprint paper which I sent them from India.
Will this be OK? Should I be doing any further translation of this??

Ishak

Hai ishak,
I am also from saudi Arabia. We have translated our certificate. so no need to worry in future....

What is your current status in ECAS? I guess, you are unable to enter there. It is updated after charging.

So, to fix the problem, follow the below post:

Hello !

I need to give all the applicants some information which might be helpful to many.

I received PER mail on the 3rd July, and even after a week or so, I could not access e-CAS, it always showed the message that the information provided may be incorrect and there are no records matching the data.

I called cic, and they asked me to send an email to "question @ cic.gc.ca". Additionally, the agent gave a very nice idea, he asked me to write "Follow up required" in the subject to get the response in a day or two otherwise the response will be given in 30 days.

Let me paste the mail that the cic agent had sent to me.

After I sent them the email in above format, I received a response in one day.
In fact the response was a little bizarre.

I was asked to enter my full name in the "Surname/Last Name" field instead of my last name.
And I could see my ecas status.

P.S. All those who have received PER mail and are unable to view the status, may try entering full name (first name + middle name + last name)

All the best to everyone.

Rgds,

Century and all other seniors please respond to my following query:

Dear Forum Members

I am a 16 May LVO applicant having already received PER. For the last two weeks whenever i would check my ECAS status, i would fill my UCI without hyphen sign (-), but today i noticed that when i entered my UCI without hyphen sign, ECAS alerted me to enter it or else it would not move forward, and i was able to see my status after using the hyphen sign,

My question is, can the above instance be considered as an indication that perhaps some online record upation is being done by VO?

Are you kidding bro ? 1114 is stone cold. My application under NOC 1114 has reached CIC on 2nd Sept and I am not worried regarding CAP. Yours is an August application. Why do you need to worry ?

+1 as promised !!

Nobody nows yet, so it is worth preparing FSWP package, because it pretty much covers all of the applicant's background that the government is usually interested in. This way you will have somewhat of a head start in January when CIC comes back from holidays.

u think its late for 2132(mechanical engineer) till 22 september?

Hi friends, just want to share few info abt my application... I have sent my application on June 4th NOC 1114. I forgot to include BC of my spouse, further I sent additional documents containing affidavit to cic on August 28. As follow up on sent mail and fax to add the Additional documents. Hopefully it was added to my application and my cc got charged on September 19. This forum proves me that definitely the application will not be back dated. Hope everyone gets the God news soon. Thanks all especially Oscar, century, and everyone.
