Not sure if mentioned before but the charge date estimate tab on the SS seems to be incorrect. I looked for charge date in july and it say first charge will be in August. Admins please have a look.

Now another company by the name C of A company was in india. Now they want single company in india so People resigned from the company AB and joined new company by the name AC where a is the name of the company which acquire and the C is the name of the company which A has earlier in india. anyways let me try to understand you better..

You worked for company A, which was bought by company B and was together know as company AB.
Now company AB has sold its entity to company C, but this time you become new hire to company C.

If the above is true, then you need to take one reference letter to company C for this latest tenure, coz you are considered as a new hire here.
However company B (if existing), will have to provide you letter for your services in company AB for the entire term , as company B bought company A and its employees.

This is best i can understand. The idea is, a company can give you reference letter for a period for the complete term, if they acquired the first company as a whole, where the employees were just transitioned and not hired as new hires.

Hope this makes sense. ;D

Help does anyone have a phone number or email for the work permit department of CIC?, I sent my BOWP online application yesterday and have just realized I forgot to attach my PER :(

2. At what stage do we have to send the PCC and how long do we have to send them? (I have PCC from Indian Consulate but will apply with FBI in a day or so)

3. How long does the Medical Request stage take?

Well, this is not big news I know.

But, my first application on May 7 was rejected due to insufficient points. The only way to reach 67 was to get highest scores from IELTS.

Instead of IELTS, I sat for the CELPIP exam during my visit to Toronto couple of weeks ago for my sons University residence move in, and get the scores I need. And, just before 7 days my son turn to 19 (which is the age limit to be dependent child), my application reached to CIO.

That's why this is a remarkable moment for me. I hope this time I will make it.

Let me try to explain with living example and not a-b-c

For example part of ranbaxy pharma (poultry) was sold to Pfizer indirectly and then zoetis took over that part .
Now person who was working with ranbaxy from 6 years then eventually with Pfizer for another 2 years and now finally with zoetis from last one year or so ... Zoetis will give 1 year work ex... And ranbaxy got dissolved so Pfizer ( that vertical )


In this scene employees face challenge to get total 9 years exp .
