Exactly!! These does not include the guys who entered data in SS but didnt update after that, apps between 1-23 may. They could have got PERs, but didnt update.

it seems the whole processes is much faster than what I expected....

8th may application... CC charged 9th july, PER 19th August

brother.....yes till here the process was fast......faster......fastest.........but now here comes the legendary LVO.........London vo is been sleeping since may 2014........especially for the Asian and middle east applicants...............so just relax and go to sleep.....don't forget to put on an alarm for hhhhhmmm say November or December..........we can only hope and wish and pray some miracle happen at lvo otherwise see SS 2013...hopeless result.......and as compared to ndvo........disastrous results........so just wait.

Sometimes i think that i'm safe as you mentioned, but what is driving me crazy is that, this NOC was never opened since they started the first occupation list in 2008, Do all Systems Admins and network guys, not interested to migrate or they couldn't pass the IELTS, i thought that this NOC will be the first to fill up due to these reasons

If the NOC is not opened, that means Canadian Industry did not ask for this to be opened for immigration. They had enough people internally to cater to this requirement. But, why do you want to go bonkers about it

Getting into a bit of psychology, its the anxiety in us which makes us do this. The main factor contributing for this is the lack of transparency from CIC. Every one has many questions and dont know where to go. And they find this forum to be by far the most efficient in handling their queries and also proven to be reliable. The other factor is like it is a hot news channel......... with all atleast happening udpates

PERs, Medicals, CC charged, App issues, etc, etc.

Any one who want to be updated and be in the thick of the things would like to be here. Kudos to ASHIF BHAI!! +1 for you.
