HI.
I have a very Similar (Well Almost Same) Case as yours:
I am from Delhi.
I wanted to Apply for FSW 2014 programme.
I consulted ***** (Mohali) for the Same.
They told about WES Requirement.
I Check Degree Equivalency tool,Found Amity in AIU not on the WES Approved University List.
Now the apprehension in my mind is that whether or not to go with it.?
Can You provide some information for the same?
I have done my BTech [IT] from there.
Please throw some Light (Prakash Dalay ???) ???

If its newly established Uni then its possible of having missed by WES.. otherwise u'll have better idea whether its reputed uni or not.. But there are some countries also which are not listed in WES but certificated of those countries got assessed....

Hi,

I have one question.

I have overall 8 years of experience as software engineer.

I worked in three different companies...got reference letter from two of them...and not getting reference letter from company where i worked for 9 months only

so it will be ok if i will not show the reference letter for this company??

If u are not claimimg points for this work then it is fine just attach other available docs that shows ur employment in the company. Also mention in the cover letter that u are not claimimg point for this work.

Same thing happed with one of my fried. His University was not listed in the WES list which he doesn't know about that and he got the ECA "University Not Recognized"
Try for ICAS, however its processing time is 2 months...
You can also call to WES for this...

His Application was rcvd by Mr. Doug at 1.12PM on 28th May

my app too was rcvd by Doug on 28th may at 1.12PM

only difference...i have sent damn DD...

anyway, atleast i can be sure now tht my app is reviewed.....just have to wait for the good or the bad news.....

Just now dispatched my application. Started the process on 24 July and arranged all required documents today and finally dispatched the courier. Fingers crossed now.

I have applied under NOC - 1123- Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations

Does my below duties match with the NOC I have applied for..???

As a Dy. Manager- Marketing Services, his accountabilities & duties include but not limited to,

• Support the marketing team in developing & executing various integrated promotional communications &
campaigns including corporate events to achieve established annual and long term business objectives.
• Coordinate internally among the marketing team and the graphic design team to develop the marketing
deliverables such as visual aid, product - literatures, leaflets, teasers, cards etc.
• Assist in organizing various corporate events such as trade shows, exhibitions, CMEs, doctors' conference
etc. and accordingly coordinate with the travel desk for necessary tour arrangements & with the graphic
design team / vendors to develop promotional objects (i.e. exhibition stalls, display panels, banners,
posters, brochures, product samples etc.) and the same are delivered to be set up on time.
• Coordinate with the distribution department to ensure the availability of all the promotional materials i.e.

Why did you send your application to London office?? I guess FSW1 applicants had to send their applications to Sydney NS. Dear Members correct me if I am wrong.

Explain which NOC you applied and tell us what were the job responsibilities mentioned in your ref letter

Can you please guide me what SUBJECT and BODY of the query email to CIC should be?
I want to know my status for the application.

Other than these details: full name, DoB, UCI-if you have, and passport number.

Did you pick the lines from HRSDC?? See below, your reference letter should match around 60-70% from this below
