I am not applying PR again for myself. I meant submitting FSW for my fiancee. I mean, she will apply for FSW from India.
I cannot submit civil marriage documents for spouse sponsorship, unless traditional marriage photos are available it is not easy to get the sponsorship approved. (Sources: Many friends, this forum and consultants.)
CIC does not encourage temporary visa for spouse (remote chances of getting) if the principal applicant is already a PR. They strongly advise only PR sponsorship for spouse.

I am left with only two choices. Apply for spouse sponsorship after next July. Or my fiancee applying for her PR under FSW this November.

I understand. I thought those qualifications you mentioned were yours i.e. 4 years exp etc. I think you are on the correct path i.e. apply for her under FSW.

Congrats Ananjay and may god bless you with and your better half with a very very prosperous life :)

For all Singapore candidate, those who seek PCC / COC from Singapore, I have a info to share with you;

I have applied for COC on 15/09/2014 , even I don't get any requisition from CIC or from local VO! As per the CIC, PCC guidelines for Singapore we must required a requisition plus a COC appeal form from the respective embassy.

According to my experience, you can download the form their website and fill it before you go with relavant documents what they required but I dont have any requistion, instead I have submitted the PER email plus document check list where it clearly mentioned the required PCC from the stay after 18 years of your age.

I went down to COC Office located at Block D Police Cantonment Complex, #02-07/08, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762 around morning 11:00 with my family ( wife & kid) and took Que number. But I have noticed that same application form you can get it from there, as they diffrentiated the application form between Citizen and Non - citizen and you can find an additional form of "APPEAL" which you won't get it from Online. You have to fill it and submit along with other documents.

Upon on my turn I have submitted the documents to officer, he have reviewed my application and asked how long you staying in Singapore? I said going to be Five years and then he asked me can you tell me your and wife FIN number and he do some preliminary screening from the computer database. Then asked me how you want to pay, by CASH, NETS, VISA/MASTER? I said Master, S$ 55.00 per applicant and total of S$ 110.00 for both of us.

He told me the processing time is 15 working days (10 days in Website) and I can do COC self collection on the 15th day and he written on behind of the payment slip and ask me to wait for Finger print and I have waited for 20 minutes and they have taken almost 8 -10 different sort of finger prints (Both Right & Left)

I was really in dilemma, whether they will accept my application without any PCC requisition. I believe the requisition stated in CIC Wwebistite basically for Singapore citizen or PR, and moreover they send COC directly to CIC /VO for Citizen / PR (Only my perspective)

Best Regards

Nair :D :D :D :D
Thanks NAIR for the above information related to Singapore PCC.

Hi JZPASSI,

Be Optimistic :) :) From SS, you can see only 5% CC/DD charged from May 16- 30 and the remaining 95% yet to be charged. What I can say is that, be relax and wait for your turn. If you confident about your application and documents are not misrepresented, then nothing to worry at all. I believe, CIC scrutinizing all the application based on total completion and reliability of the documents with respect to that date or else they might randomly selecting the application corresponding to that date.

I tell you one example, from SS you can see one candidate "Rajaram", his application reached on 1st May and got CC/DD charged May 26 and PER on Jun 3 respectively, but a few member who got charged CC/DD and PER later than him got the MR first. So we are not sure how CIC/VO performing on what basis, so just relax and believe in your "KARMA". Everything will be alright soon and hope you get the good news in coming days..

Best Regards

Nair :) :) :) :) :)

Guys do you have any guess when we can expect any activity in our case we have received the PER on 27th Aug and the visa office is New Delhi :) ... I may have to move to some other country soon so please guide me so that we can plan things accordingly

Thank you so much for your time. I have three more questions. I am sorry to bother you as this maybe something I should know, but as of now I have no clue. Request your help on that.

1.I thought one should send the complete application together in one package and then he/she will receive AOR from CIC followed by Med Request, Passport request etc. In case any document is missing in between, we will receive that document request. At least this is what happened with me under CEC. I do not get what PER and CC means here. Could you please advise on this stages.

2. Should the funds be shown at the time of applying or at the time of landing? And any limit that funds should have been in that account of these many days?

3. When is the likely time to get her PR in case everything goes fine going by the current trend.

Hi Namaste,

I believe everything has to be in english. i just referred to the Guide 7000 and it doesn't state anywhere that name has to be in native language.

Regards,
KNK

1) No. The only thing that needs to be in native language is the name It should be written in the designated space by hand after printing. So, only one form for one person with everything in English except where name in native language is requested.

2)The form filled by the spouse, if you are the principal applicant then follow this: spouse's name in the applicant field and your name in the spouse field. Rest of the information should be the spouse's.

just looked at SS, one 29 May applicant got PER. abit strange.

Just can't help comment that it's funny you come back only when you need help and didn't bother to update the forum members to help them!!

Congratulations to you though. They should ask for your passport very soon (a few days to a few weeks) after they receive your MR. Good luck.

Edit: Don't take offense. It's just a confirmation that the other applicants from those dates without an update might actually have moved ahead with their application too, which is good to know.

congrats mate
