Another applicant did not even submit an affidavit for his BC (which did not have his name), he still got his PER.

Regarding indication of full time employment, CIC knows Indian companies do not have concept of 'working hours' and getting a promotion can only be possible for a full time employee. Don't worry, you are good to go

What is driving me crazy, is the number of CAP on the website is based on which one of them !!!! most here say PER but if you checked what is written on the web page, it says number of completed applications to date but updated weekly due to large number of applications received

Complete application means PER, Positive eligibility.
So no. of CAP is on the basis of PER.
So all no. updated on website are till 25 May, that means in 25 days so many CAPS are filled out of 1000.

Dude,

As per my understanding, he didn't fill the 5406 form for the spouse, which is mandatory.

JD was not an issue, even the officer has put a check mark under the 'Additional Family Information...' point.

So sorry to hear about this ToCanadawithLove. Based on what you have written, it seems like the roles you have specified in the reference letter, is not matching to your selected NOC, or it is not sufficient. This is what i understand.... others can confirm...

Put your JD as it is in the forum, and hopefully some 2171 applicant can help you redraft to suit your NOC. Don't loose hope, its not too late yet.. Good Luck

Hi, You donot need an affidavit when the roles and responsibilities are mentioned in original letter head including your supervisor email id and contact number (please refer my post on page 1027 for completedetails). Letter head is ony mandatory when you are not providing the roles and responsibilities on original company letter head.

You should receive am update latest by first week of Nov. As for the email it comes from Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic. gc. ca i guess .. but not very sure..

CIO will ask you for any changes later.. before they issue the Visa.. So before that get an affidavit for name change and complete the formalities at your end...

Thank you for the reply Boso.When will CIO ask for any changes,Is it before the medicals.Since in the medical request form itself the old name will be coming.So when should I actually inform them.Will this cause rejection of my application.I am a bit tensed because of this. :'(
