No email, it came in the post. I forgot my diploma certificate and my manager didnt write my duties/responsibilities so they sent it back saying i didnt give evidence that i performed the main duties set in the NOC. I will get it sent out tomorrow and get my manager to do me a new letter. My mistake but very frustrating!

I am really sorry for the news...but do correct your mistakes and send file soon as you can...
