I have question my friend wishes to apply under noc 1224, he is a real estate agent who works independently as freelancer he doesn't have a pay stub or an employment contract what can he do show experience and how can he get a reference letter?

CA certified balance sheets, PNL statements, self attested duties with mention of being self employed since when, about the company, mention web address if available, add business card, Add Tax statements, registration of your service with government, Pan card details etc anything that you have....

Also of possible add any letters from clients, who have received your service or any 3rd party consultant with whom you work.

Just one question: I have 45 days to submit all. FBI Clearance is still not in.. (received at FBI on 10th Sep) ..NDVO do extend deadline if you request more time yeah ??

If you stayed in foreign country more than 6 months then you need to provide PCC.. or else you just need to give your home country PCC..
