Someone from June 2 already got his file back due to rejection, so yes CIC already started checking first week of June, maybe even second week of June by now.

This is exactly why its so intriguing. If they are doing proper completeness check, and in this case if they returned a 1st week June applicants app, that means his completeness check must have atleast completed 20 to 30 days before that, coz CIC uses regular post to send the documents.... Huff!!! i think CIC should be much more transparent with their ways.... :'(

no possibilities remains for CIC for freelancers,

so if your friend wants to apply, he should have to arrange a full time work experience authorized by a senior person or who can take responsibility that "ur friend" is been working for so and so date, as a full time employee, if YES, he can apply. this NOC is like a rose in a desert so no need to worry for the caps

i m sure with this profession many refereces will help in this situation

This is absolutely not true. "Freelenacers" are just self-employed people. They are perfectly eligible to apply. The Guide and document checklist contain instructions for this situation. Just follow the instructions and the friend is fine (assuming he meets all other requirements and can demonstrate the self-employed experience).

hello all......indian members I need one help. indian applicants who applied between may 1 and may 12........they are getting mr from ndvo. plz can u guys share ur timeline that when did u recvd per and mr?

I m 8th may app, got per on 18 aug........still waiting for mr from lvo. I know lvo is sleeping right now......but want to estimate time depending on the working of ndvo. like same date indian members got per earlier then I recvd, naturally they got mr also earlier then I will recv, so based on the diff of recving per, I can estimate mr.

I hope lvo is awaken already and must start some processing now.

Dear bros,
I have two very important questions to ask. First I am giving my details:

NOC: 2174
LVO: Singapore
Application received date: May 20, 2014
DD en-cashed: August 27, 2014
PER email: September 8, 2014

Now the questions:

1. As Singapore visa office is bit slow. I want to use the fund that I have shown as proof of fund (the fund is in Fixed Deposit form) and I will again deposit the fund after few months. Is it involve any risk??

2. We have a baby of 2 years and we want another baby in our family (if almighty Allah grants). What will be the procedures for introducing new family member to VO?? I have shown the fund for 3 persons. Should I have to show a fund for 4 persons to VO after the birth of the baby??

It's perfectly fine to use your funds so long as you can be assured of ring able to demonstrate the necessary funds for 4 persons (yes 4) when next requested by the VO. Leave yourself some cushion and be safe.

I wish you another baby as you seek. In this case after you confirm pregnancy, inform the local VO and they will instruct you. If you can make it to Canada before the birth you are fine. If not you will need to add your baby to your application and provide the same documents as for your other child, which may somewhat delay your processing time.
