As per SS, CIC has started processing 29th May.

As per our understanding, CIC is reviewing apps in the order they were received.....hence, it means tht all apps rcvd on 28th May are atleast reviewed & counted/removed in/from CAP (even if they are pending to be charged OR, pending for courier to be sent back to applicant)...

Now, my question is :
If application is rejected, does CIC send a mail before dispatching the application envelope back to applicant ????

If yes, then all the applicants (on or before 28th may) who have not rcvd any communication frm CIC can assume that their app will be charged for sure....(not talking abt PER or NER)

If NO, then ignore my post

Can Anyone please answer this question ?
I am a DD, 26 May applicant and having in mind the same worries .. waiting for your reply

My Application will reach CIO on September 22, 2014. My NOC is 2131 (Civil Engineer). Will it be safe I mean will it fall in Caps or?

I have question my friend wishes to apply under noc 1224, he is a real estate agent who works independently as freelancer he doesn't have a pay stub or an employment contract what can he do show experience and how can he get a reference letter?

The Guide and document checklist provide instructions for self-employed people. Your friend should read and follow those instructions.

Karan- i can think of some points off the top of my head regarding your applicaiton. While some users reported issues such as not selecting FSWP Package for WES which led to delay in processing of their applications. Also some folks forgot to mention their email id in the general application form which means that CIC had to communicate with them through regular mail.
Please recheck if either if these issues apply to you and could be causing delay. Also please recheck your SPAM folders.
When did you raise query with CIC regarding status of your app?

I have taken FSWP Package for WES
i have also mention the Email ID
I am also checking my SPAM folder
What will be reason left now???????

As 14th may rejected applications already sent back and you know 20th may also

Now i am worried what can be reason??????

It will be fine hopefully & you will be in cap. As per current trend it takes +100 days to be charged.

Safe it is and file should charge by Jan end/Feb start.

I read somewhere in the post that CIC has not touched the applications submitted in June. So I am worried now. What you people say?

Hi all,

I Just checked SS for CAP NOC 1123.

Realistic date states 25/02/2015 and pessimistic date is 23/12/14
My application is received by CIO on 11th sep, however I will be sending an additional doc by tom ie 17th sep which should be received by CIO max by 23rd sep.

My questions are:
1. Can I send 2 or more additional docs without jeopardizing my initial app status.
2. will CIO consider 11th sep as app received date or they ll move it to the recipt date of additional docs.

My final ques is if by any chance my additional docs are not linked to initial application and they decide to return it for completion. Will I still be within CAP, I know nothing can be said to a certainty but just an approximation that I am looking for.

What should be the next status? and will this end of month bring some MR request for May 12 applicants?
