Hi Seniors,

I have a doubt. For last 12 hours I have been watching the quotes of our friends regarding the CAP list Updated by CIC yesterday , many  of them says its based on the complete application received by CIC, others saying its is based on the list of PER. I have applied for NOC 2173 on August 25th. As per the trend of giving PER by CIC is around 50 in each week, as of now it is 294, if this trend would continue , it might be capped with august applicant
Can you tell me what is the parameter of updating cap list by CIC? is it based on PER or Complete application?
and what would be the future of my application? would it be through ?

Dude,

If you have observed, all the discussion we had, we could not conclude on any one. But, most likely it could be PERs. But, still there are many more extraneous factors which we dont know and can't control. Sit tight and wait for the PER to land in your inbox. Thats the only way of being sure.

Same opinion here buddy...

But what I feel, u will be on the CAP....Just the edge u are sitting....:)

Good luck...

I was confident 2171 will run all september...and I was expecting 2171 to be only 215-220 range...but with the latest estimates at 233, all analytics tell me it will not cross 1st week of September...and that is too sad! Let's still keep our hopes alive and wait for the trend coming Monday!

All the best!

Come on man .... 2171 will run way past september ... nothing to worry ..... i believe it could go on till november/december easily ..... after may, the number of applications/day reduced considerably .... so chillout man .. you ainnt got anything to worry about ...

Guys,

Based upon the recent trend in CAP update, I've performed the Swing Analysis for NOC 2171, 2173 and 2174

For Total Applications
21.28% Jump in applications against the CIC CAP update on 9-Sep
which is 6.70% Swing

For NOC 2171
18.03% Jump in applications against the CIC CAP update on 9-Sep
which is 2.32% Swing
and 76.7% remaining CAP

For NOC 2173
17.69% Jump in applications against the CIC CAP update on 9-Sep
which is 7.77% Swing
and 70.6% remaining CAP

For NOC 2174
18.88% Jump in applications against the CIC CAP update on 9-Sep
which is 8.45% Swing
and 33.8% remaining CAP

Cheers!

Hi Friends,

I have received my PER mail on 25th August. What is next step? How much time it will take for AOR and MR? I have not applied for PCC yet, Shall I start the process for PCC? My visa office is New Delhi.

Please guide.

Thanks..

My guess is the no. of applicants in the SS is far less that represented percentage. It could be hardly 20% let alone 30% or 33%. Our SS sheet shows only 48 PERs where a CIC is showing 233. I want it to be all wrong. But, we need to be realistically optimistic. Me and Trk1 may make it....... Sitting tight.......

But love the concept of faster processing. We will know sooner. :D

No one knows for sure as no one on the forum works for CIC

No man ... still 28th May CC Charge ... You gotta wait a couple of weeks before CIC starts issuing PER for June applicants ..... Best of luck man ... !!

Doesn't it depend on hours per week?someone said if it was more than 30 hours per week it would be considered as full-time!

Depends what proof you have

Guys,

As per the spreadsheet, even May 29th applicants' CCs are being charged.
I am a May 28th applicant. Do I still have chances?
