Here is the email:

Dear XXX XXXXX,
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada- specifically those requirements of sub-sections 80(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations as cited below.
80. (1) Points shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 15 points, to a skilled worker for full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, within the 10 years before the date on which their application is made, as follows:
(a) 9 points for one year of work experience;
(b) 11 points for two to three years of work experience;
(c) 13 points for four to five years of work experience; and
(d) 15 points for six or more years of work experience.
Before I make a decision, you have 60 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information relating to this requirement. Please ensure that you quote the application number indicated at the top of this letter on any information you submit
Please submit:
1- The individual job descriptions provided by your past manager or HR Department for each assignment given to you by XXXXX company for these periods. JAN 2005 to APR 2006, May 2006 to APR 2008, MAY 2009 to SEP 2011.
2- You may also submit any information or documents addressing the issue of concern as it applies to your case.
If you choose not to respond with additional information I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.
I look forward to receiving your additional information.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

Hey, It seems from the letter that you did not send the job descriptions. Is it true?...if yes you have to show around 60-70 matching of your JDs compared to those given in your occupation.....

I have submitted the application IMM 0008(03-2014)E on 07/17/2014. But the latest application to that date was IMM 0008(06-2014).

I am worried if my application will be returned?

Should I submit the application right away?

PLEASE ADVISE.

Old version of form will not be a reason for rejection as long as at the time of sending you have sent the latest one.

btw whats your NOC and app reached date ?

Any June candidates got per? Also any idea have cic started June cases?

Hi,
My application has been received by CIC on 15 th September. My NOC is 0113; 40 completed applications till date. Any idea when it will be capped? Am I on the safer side? :'(

My payment method is DD. When will that be charged? Is there anything else which I need to do during the wait time? Will Chirstmas holidays in Canada affect CIC's work? ::)

Hello Seniors!!

Hopefully my last query :)

While writing my IELTS I was advised to write English as my mother tongue in the form. This is now on my IELTS results.

The FSW form also requires the native language. Is it ok if I write English here? Will CIC/VO question this as I am an Indian and most Indians do not have English as their native language?

Dear Members, I have a question. The London visa office when they ask for PCC or any other fresh documents do they request it through email or through snail mail (post).

If you application has passed the first step of PER, which I think it would have, then any communication would be through emails

Hi friends,

Do you know how much time would take CPC-Ottawa visa office to send MR/PCC after PER date?

Thanks

It is the fastest among the VOs, ppl are getting visas in avg 4.5 months. Please refer to the SS.

Hi Achiever,

So do you mean that they would consider the date on which forms were filled and signed and not the date on which it got delivered to CIO. I have a similar issue, I signed my application in early June but it might have got delivered to CIO in late June or may be in early July. The generic form was updated on 17/06/2014

Something else than the nails to chew for you guys. ;)

Based on unitary proportion of the number of days taken to reach thus far (<a href="http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asplasted update">latest update</a>), these are the predictions for the number of days left for each NOC.

Enjoy. Relax. Laugh. But don't let the worry take toll on you.

While hot NOC folks can't be stopped to worry, but the cold NOC folks should get rest assured that if CIC continues to receive and process applications at this rate, their NOCs won't be filled by the millennium end, or atleast until global warming converts Canada into Dubai, in which case you won't bother about it anyhow. :D
