Hey all, Though this question might seem silly I still wanted to get opinion from all of you, One of my friend has prepared his documents to apply for 1224 Property administrators and he would be posting it in 2 weeks. Is it too late to be applying ???

It should be a cake walk for him in terms of reaching cap. However, you never know when winds direction changes when the tornado is approaching right :) so ask him to check properly the instruction guide and the document checklist and apply asap... Good Luck

one more thing should i submit the whole new application or just the forms which are updated.
Also the signed pages should also be new with new dates or just that previous ones can be used.

Hey Guys what do you think about 2174 already 662 completed.

Is there any chance for June 25th application.

Any estimates?

Does CIC goes one week ahead of CC charge. Looks like CIC is charging on May 28th applications so does it means they already checked
files of June Ist week.

Does any one knows 2174 NOC CC charged last time was which date??

Someone from June 2 already got his file back due to rejection, so yes CIC already started checking first week of June, maybe even second week of June by now.

R u sure , son ?

They have option of yes or no in kids section
If they don't allow ... They would have made it mandatory.

Please give your reference (from cic ) .

And by typing in "red" won't change anything

The "Yes" or "NO" option is there for everybody, not just kids. Also the checklist (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf) asks to submit passport/travel document for the applicant, spouse and dependent children. It doesn't say that passport/travel document only if applicable like it says for national IDs. From the guideline "You must gather and submit to the CIO all the documents listed on the Document Checklist (IMM 5612)". Of course unless the checklist specifically says (if applicable).

If you want to take a chance yourself go ahead. I wouldn't suggest anyone to not submit anything that the checklist clearly lists as document that needs to be submitted. Why don't you provide an evidence that an application without passport is not deemed incomplete?

And what is that, son??? Really?? I thought we are all adults here, no need to resort to name-calling.

So that CAP updates each week is based on which date now? it is very confusing

Hello forum members

I m a 9th june applicant. Just want to know that CIC is checking which date applications for a completeness check....

Thank you all, i am from Venezuela but i am using a representative from Canada, so i guess in the event i am rejected my package will be sent to my representative and then i would have to arrange with them about sending it back to me.

Don't give wrong information if u r not sure
We all can read document checklist, the fact is u can send minor's passport at the later stage (local visa office and can proceed file )

In some earlier post even achiever 99 said same thing . Just google with this question you might get some insight.

You ever heard any application got rejected for this reason ? ( as u said rejection due to dob)

Well, let's put it this way - there won't be a better time to pay the remaining due amount. Pay as requested and your PER will be on your way in due course!! Good luck!!! :)

PS - Because you selected the incorrect package this mail has come to you now, so you can pay the remaining balance and the right WES evaluation for FSW can be selected and hence CIC can view the online report.

Actually even i paid around 187 USD which is 203 CAD approx, do we have to select a different package I remember I selected the FSWP package and was charged 203 CAD.

No one seem to really know. I believe the count is made up of those applicants who already got PER and those about to get PER (already charged and determined to be eligible but CIC just haven't gotten around to sending the email as yet). Using this logic, the update for today would be applications received up to May 23.

When do you think CIC will charge for NOC 2173? Application received on 27 August.
I assume the they are accepting on average 50 applications per week.
Any comments on this ?
