I applied for ferderal skilled worker program under the NOC 4011 category 3 months back. Status of processing fee DD attached is still outstanding and it is about to expire within 2 days i.e on 17th september 2014. i want to change my payment option from DD to credit card before DD get expired. Kindly suggest the options at the earliest. Thank you

If you had filled the fee payment from with proper details - payer name as it is different etc. it is nothing to worry

Hi all, i feel i might be just on time or just too late for my NOC but until i know for sure, here is a question: According to CIC, they will return my package if the application is denied, but anyone knows how long would it take for them to return the package? Because if i dont make the cap i fully intend to apply again next year as early as humanly possible and would need my IELTS and WES results back to do so!

where are you from. the CIC sends the return on normal post. so it entirely depends on which part of the world you are

can anyone suggest me on which date I should expect MR?
Also in India can I get PCC from regional passport office and is that valid?

Hi everyone! It's my first time to post here but im always reading this forum. I urgently need all your help. Im a 28th May applicant from the Philippines and CIC already tried to charge my Credit Card just a few minutes ago.Unfortunately, as per the text message I received from my bank, CIC keyed in an invalid card validity, thus the transaction was unsuccessful. As i called my bank, they said that I have to inform CIC the correct validity date. I know that all the payment info that i submitted are correct. I already tried calling the Hotline but to no avail. And now, i'm very much worried. What shall I do now? Help me please... Thank you.

if you think and the bank has confirmed that the details you provided are correct, then i think CIC employee made a mistake keying in the CC details. I think as per earlier posts, they actually try two more times in a gap period of a few days to a week. Keep trying the phone and meanwhile drop them an email as well with subject line starting with URGENT:
The thing is even if they reject the case of this very reason, you can fight back as it was an error from their side.

My application was received today under NOC 2173. Although no one knows if I will make it in the cap or not, my instinct says I will. Good luck to everyone waiting for the next step and those planning to apply soon.

Does CIC goes one week ahead of CC charge. Looks like CIC is charging on May 28th applications so does it means they already checked
files of June Ist week.

Does any one knows 2174 NOC CC charged last time was which date??
