Any DD encashment from May 23 Applicants? I am also a May 23 applicant waiting for news. I am worried as I could see May 28 applicants being charged.

No need to wait for DD encashment.... as DD are 100% cash convertible, they consider the day of presenting DD to bank as the fee charge date... before getting notification of DD enchashment you will received your PER email... i am 21th may applicant; according to my bank DD hasn't encashed yet, however i have already received my PER email on last friday....

Me tooo Hello Canada, 23rd May DD applicant and no DD charged till date. I think we need to wait till they start DD's. Its not like they will jump on 26th for DD's

Its not like banks do not get the info, They have a NOSTRO acccount for which they need to tally the credits and debits and then birng trial balance to Zero for that day. Its just that your Banker might not have been updated by forex department. But yes, DD's are 100% cash money

exactly, people should start worried when there are 10 PER for 23rd and then next date is started and still you are with empty hands.
Even I would say in that case also, you are not at all completely out of race as people have also received PERs quite late also.

My brother is working on the same bank... forex department told him that no debit transaction reported on their Nostro account.... according to my PER email fee charged date is sept 3,2014.

but why you are worried? there is only one PER has been issued till date from the forumist.
Patience my friend, within this week you will have it.

Agreed, i being a 23rd may DD applicant can see the spreadsheet that there are still 50% of the DD cases pending for 22nd DD applicants and 21st May are getting PER's. So my fellas, hold you heart and keep breathing, may almighty be with us all, we have not yet started the game

Relax, just read the above post. even people are not getting info accurate from banks.
people even after getting PER from bank come to know that DD still pending.
So just focus on PER started flowing for your dates.
and 23rd what i believe will start from today. Definitely.

My brother is working on the same bank... forex department told him that no debit transaction reported on their Nostro account.... according to my PER email fee charged date is sept 3,2014.

May be Nepali, but my dad is heading the forex department from which i made the DD and he gets a report which needs to go to Reserve Bank of India everyday for Trial balance NOSTRO Account, i would be surprised if this direct reporting is misleading him for this

2. If it is DD in rupee, how much amount i have to send. In the CIC-india website i saw RPRF is Rs. 26,700/-
is that correct?shall i send the same

Please check the email you recieved from Delhi Immigration which will give idea about Fee payment Form

Yes the RPRF amount is correct which you can take a DD in Rupees and send it to Canadian Embassy in NewDelhi with rest of doc's requested.
