Thanks brother !
but then little doubt hw wud CIC know that my reference has really worked at some XYZ organization ??
Also my reference has applied for US visa if in between she flies to USA then her given contact may be not reachable.
What will be the outcome in this case ??? :(
Tensed really !!!!

The letters are to be made by either HR or your supervisor and not your co-workers using the Company letterhead with contact details, stamps etc... Incase (if at all) they need to contact them, CIO shall do so on those nos/ email ids..

Some people on this forum had issues with these letters, so they created a letter on plain paper, added affidavits and business cards of the signatory etc.. this should be the last thing if nothing else works out...

Diplomatru,
hoping that you have used express service to deliver this message!! :)

Guys,

I paid the FSW fees by DD, what do I know that they have accepted my payment? Is there anyway where I can track this? Shall I contact my bank after couple of months from the date of dispatch?

I am sorry, I keep posting small questions rather than altogether.

Regards,
Sarvesh

u will have to contact your bank for that.. no other way.. all the best!!

M not an expert.. but the assumption is that.. from the day (date) express entry starts.. fswp/cec should stop accepting applications.

I am confuse because Canada's Gazette website it is written that:
http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-04-26/html/notice-avis-eng.php

A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

What are they going to do in Jan 2015?

hi guys :)

for those who are currently in Singapore and are going to be required to submit a Singapore Certificate of Clearance (COC), it is best to apply for it as soon as you received your PCC request.

Processing time of SG COC;
for Singapore citizen = 10 working days (~2weeks)
for Singapore PR/foreigner = 15 working days (~3weeks)

and if you have chosen a Visa Office other than Singapore, remember to allow courier time for sending it to your respective VO.

Some other reminders:
  • Applicants residing in Singapore are to appear in person at the COC Office located at Blk D
Police Cantonment Complex, #02-07/08, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762. The
office is open from 8.30am to 12.00nn, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Be there early. The whole process can be done in 45mins to 1hour. You will have to queue against more people if you arrived later.
  • Prepare photo copies of your passport data page and NRIC (front & back)
  • Come to the office with your forms already filled-up. According to your citizenship, you have to print, fill-up/prepare at the most 3 forms from the MR email sent by your VO namely;
    • Singapore_COC_Appform.pdf
    • COC Request letter_amended.pdf
    • IP-43 SPORE CoC Appeal Applc Form.doc (for non-Singaporeans)
  • Prepare 2pcs passport size picture
  • Payment has increased from S$45 to S$55 with effect from 1 April 2014

Does anyone have an idea as to what is the transit time by Singapore Post - Registered Mail f from Singapore to Bangalore, India? I am planning to apply for Singapore PCC (COC). Thanks.

CC Charge - 4th September
PER - 12th September

Application Date: 22nd May
NOC: 2132

Updated the details in the Spreadsheet!

I have few questions to ask the forum members

1. Will I get AOR from VO? ( my VO is New Delhi) and how long it takes from date of receiving PER (Approximately).

2. Can I apply for PCC and Medicals before I get AOR? or do I need to wait till I get request from VO.

3. Is there any validity time frame for Medicals?. Since I am going to take medical certificate for my new work permit, I want to take only one certificate which will serve for my immigration purpose also.

This forum is very useful for new FSWP applicants, thanks for the efforts of all members and admin

Vidya

Congrats nd +1 for ss updating...
1) as per current trend ndvo is not going to send AOR
2) I Will suggest you to wait till you get request because vo will give enough time for pcc nd medicals..( i hope you need pcc for india only)
3)

When did ur application receive??
Check spreadsheet to get an idea of charge estimate time....presently it takes around 100+ dayz to get DD charged...

Sarvesh,
Based on current processing, credit cards are being charged for applications received around 28-May-2014. So based on this, you would have to estimate on possible charge dates for your application date. It would be prudent to check with the bank around that time.

Best way to track the expected charged date is through SS!

NR Sing,

1114 includes many job profiles. Like I am applying under financial planner. I guess you will apply as financial examiner. My job duties will hence, not be the same as yours.

Why don't you mention your job duties and then We can guide you whether the job duties match with those of financial examiner.

Thanks.
hello CanOl thanks for the reply bro....
My job duties are:
1. Scrutiny of financial documents (vat transactions) of dealers, companies.
2. Inspection of businesses premises for checking of any fraudulent practices in financial transactions related to VAT eg. checking of VAT invoice, proper billing etc.
3. Checking of transport vehicles and making sure they are carrying proper bills for the goods to be transported.
