CIC has updated a day before as well, so u r in the RACE don't show any PANIC on ur face to mirrors,
Week 4-5 are routine at present for CIC, so this week share some good news

ECAS will also get updated once PER is received

but one has to understand and except there might be tiny-tiny possibilities that not all the time, questions are answered in the way of "EXPECTATION" could be unfavorable as well...

Lols, I have carried out one small analysis. So for that anything goes up from 3 MR from NDVO per day it makes me happy.
As what I assume that till I get my PER there would be 275 PER holders would be ahead of me.
And if NDVO issues 3 MR per day then by Jan/Feb I will get my MR.

Still way to go... Dont have PER in hands and started thinking for MR.

Delhi - there was change in my address so had to undergo verification,,,,didnt took long though...everything completed in 2 weeks.

Nope, PCC has no addresses printed in India.

DD will be charged soon - I heard CIC are opening new account, as lots of CC/DD getting charged so at present no place to encash ur money, HOPE that way

Even from Chennai we can get in a day...provided your address in the passport is same as your present address. Else they will provide your PCC in a week after police verification....

As long as the official letter pad, has all the address and contact details, another seal is not required. Get the date and sign.... All the best.
