Hello friends,

Do anyone receive any acknowledgement email from CPC-O regarding RPRF receipt sent by an email?

In my case CPC-O did not ask me to sent PCC's again (already sent with file)or any other document. They told me to email the RPRF receipt only.

I sent RPRF receipt by an email but did not receive any acknowledgement, planning to send it by post/mail.

One more question, I have recent PCC's. Should I send it with RPRF receipt?.

Thank you for the quick response. Yeah I am also worried about the cap. Although I will try to also apply to 2172 as the reply from the NOC team I may use 2171/2172 for this job duties:

If you qualify for both - I would apply under 2172. You can't apply under two NOCs - you have to pick one.

In the Fee form, section A, the "Address of the payer" is the residence address or the billing address (my spouse will pay with his CC, but the billing address is different from our home address)?

It's all done by that code This specific task is handled by onUpdateFormulaValues() function, which is called by a time-driven trigger.

I have already given IELTS ,have ECA , & all the required document + filled forms available with me , but now facing a issue before sending my final application and need your help ???

I went to an immigration consultant today & told me that I may not eligible as per my occupation Title. I then showed them my unit group 1113 that it is mentioned clearly mutual fund sales representative and told them that I may working in my country's biggest mutual funds Co with a track record of 50 years but they told me that my title is not matching with the group defined title - My title is Junior marketing officer but in industry it is considered as (mutual fund sales representative) there is a body that issues certificate of mutual fund sales agent as per the law it is necessary for all the person selling mutual funds to any client to complete the certification but still v less people do it so i haven't done it even

... the immigration lawyer said it is not allowed to apply with a different title even if your job roles are exactly the same as mentioned in the job description.. but Do u think it is fair I don't think so ??? What's your idea and they said that u need to get re-issued the experience letter from your Co. .... but I told them I can get letter re-issued with in bracket written as Jr marketing officer (mutual fund sales agent) but they said no. It will be hard to get such letter and my contract copy and pay stubs are all mentioned with Jr marketing officer.

It is also written in my contract that Co will make u appear in mutual fund sales agent certificate exam issued by institute of capitals market on completion of 1 year -in the last few clauses of the contract .

What do u guys suggest should i do ??? I am now planning to apply on my own but should i go for it or is there anyway else I can get the issue resolved ?

Job title need not match. The job duties need to !!

1114 includes many job profiles. Like I am applying under financial planner. I guess you will apply as financial examiner. My job duties will hence, not be the same as yours.

Why don't you mention your job duties and then We can guide you whether the job duties match with those of financial examiner.

I am a Bsc but i have 10 yrs work experience in Finance field so i think NDVO might not understand how a bsc guy can work in finance. although i did provide my work exp letters.? i worked for dell computers and Ea sports for USA. this idea of misunderstanding scares me :-(

I dont think you have to worry at all...many of us have degree in a subject, but work experience in a completely different field. The degree will be calculated for points..the work experience will be separately evaluated against the chosen 50 listed NOCs for qualificaiton (min one year) and overall experience for the score on experience count...in your case should be full 15 points, as long as you can match the experience to any NOC code in the 2011 list. Do provide experience letters for all 10 years time period.

You are fully ready...nothing to worry! Enjoy the waiting.

Can anyone have an idea that how many applications have been submitted in NOC 3012 uptil now? Any guess based on this forum and actual registered cases...

The current estimates is 87..and in all probability it will never reach the CAP if they decide to stop FSW2014 by December and start EOI in Jan2015. But current interpretation of Ministerial Information is it should run till April 2015...and even then doubtful if it will reach the cap. Explore this SS sheet for more details.
