Hello Seniors!!

Sorry for all the questions. I think my consultant has decided to screw me for there can be no other reason for so many errors. And to think I have spent 80k on them :|

My wife was refused dependant visa for the UK but was subsequently issued one after reapplying and she was living and working in UK. We have to mention this rejection in Schedule 3. Will it create a problem?

I am applying under 3142 which is the code for physios but my designation is not physio. It is physical rehab specialist. My consultant has mentioned

1) Working as physical rehab specialist, however roles & responsibilities are correlated to physical rehabilitation therapist. Is this correct? Can we write something like this?

2) In the job description he has mentioned, refer to reference letter. Can we do this?

3) In intended occupation he has mentioned physical rehabilitation therapist. Shouldnt it be Physio?

Please please please help :(

My wife was refused dependant visa for the UK but was subsequently issued one after reapplying and she was living and working in UK. We have to mention this rejection in Schedule 3. Will it create a problem? - No this will not create an issue.

Also the other 3 points are also ok. No need to panic.

Hi All

I have a query regarding my wife PCC.

The passport of my wife has her father's residential address since it was done right before our marriage when she was staying over there.

I haven't changed the address in the passport and thought i would change it during renewal, which is due about 4 years from now.

My query is that if the PCC is issued in her present address (my address), will NDVO raise any objection, since it would not match with her Passport address?

The Officer who is issuing PCC told me he can give it in her present address but he is not sure about NDVO, so do I ???

Please Help

Guys I do really need your help at the moment
Please somebody clearly answer my questions
My documents are with my representative in Canada and unfortunately I have lost the copies on my computer,
What should I do?
A new application?
or resending the old one with the missing document?

Hi All

Certain forms are not applicable to me such as Use of a representative and declaration of common law union.

Question:

1. Do I still need to attach these blank forms and write 'Not applicable' on them? Or just mail the application without these non applicable forms?

2. If I am claiming points for work experience, can the work experience be outside of Canada?

Thanks

1. Do I still need to attach these blank forms and write 'Not applicable' on them? Or just mail the application without these non applicable forms? - You need not attach.

2. If I am claiming points for work experience, can the work experience be outside of Canada? - Obviously it can be outside Canada.

Dear Seniors,

Our file was received on 9th June and currently in queue for processing

Just observing people querying about PCC issues.

Kindly provide your inputs for the following

1) My wife is the primary applicant, we are currently staying in Gurgaon but her passport was issued on her parental address (Jaipur). Her parents currently stay there.

2) About me: My new passport was issued from Gurgaon in may 2013 but i have changed that address in March this year.

Based on the above info, please guide me as what are the possible issues that may occur while applying for PCC and how to prepare for that.

Regards,
Lalit

1. Take your Wifes PCC at current residential address - Gurgaon. May take around a month and also after physical police verification.
2. This is OK. you will probably get your PCC from gurgaon on the same day you apply.

Hello dear all

You who have had the interview. Is it likely that they ask for the spouse's job contract or reference letter?
Thanks

PCC is always to be issued from current residential address. Not passport address. So do not worry. you are safe.

Asked your representative to make a photocopy for you.

though you are GM, NOCs starting with two zeroes are considered only for very senior management which is at the discretion of CIC. Why take a chance ?

1123 will be safer if the job description and job duties match with the NOC.

I am also a VP, but have selected 1114 as job responsibilities matched and didn't want to take a chance with DOUBLE ZERO NOC series.

Hi Canol,

can you please let me know why it's a bi risky to go with 00 NOCs? especially if your job duties match with what they need in this role.

Regards,
Ahmed
