You mean his ADVANCED COMMUNITY DIPLOMA (3 years) is equal to

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program, or equal - 19 points

And not to

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal - 21 points

Next statement you will get in Oct 2014. Most of the times there is no way to get the recent statement. CIC knows these issues and will consider.

Just in case, you can add a note in the cover letter mentioning that Statement as of Oct 13 is provided for PF and if required, you are ready to provide Oct 14 PF statement, once the same is available.

Guys, I need some insights.

My wife's name on her PP is her Maiden Name/Pre-Marriage name.
We got our PER already last week. Do we need to renew and update her PP into Post-Marriage name?

or we can use her Pre-Marriage PP until we get our VISA and later on update her PP in Canada?.

According to the SS, your application was received on 7th May but ECAS is telling 9th may. Please confirm the date.

its with me also, my app received at cio on may 8, but in ecas it says we recvd ur app on may 9!
