Earlier I had mentioned that 1st week of Nov for 2173 would be just about touch and go...But on checking, it seems a bit too far stretched.

My estimate for NOC 2173 to reach CAP is applications sent by 4th October 2014
Estimate for NOC 2174 to reach CAP is applications sent by 8th August 2014

Dear seniors, i have submitted my WES original report. But photocopy of degree certificates i have not attached next to this report. i have attached all degree certificates photo copy for an annexure of IMM5669E_SCH_A_Background form. It does appear in order before the WES report in my application.
Hope it will be OK; i read at forum one of the applicant's file was rejected due to not submitting of degree certi copy. am worried.. Sad
My application has reached at 24th June.

But why are you worried...YOU DID SEND YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE COPIES as advised by CIC.

Enjoy some cold coffee....if you don't like Beer !

Seems like my suggestion was incorrect!!!

I didn't mean to give him the wrong input though or scare him about it!!!

Didn't know a correction on a wrong payer can be made, and that too to such a HIGH value INTERNATIONAL currency DD

NOC not listed mate.

NOC 0124 is advertising, marketing and public relations managers. Do revert with the likely date/ month when the cap is expected to be filled

What is your date of birth and when did the application reach them...? Did you get 12 points or 11 points there ?

Dear All,

I hear that the alternate is, get FSW PR visa and land in Cananda and then move to Quebec after showing residency.

In my case, if i get PR and my company in Montreal give an job offer from Montreal(Quebec), then will I be allowed to move to Montreal?

And are there any restriction on companies in Montreal/Quebec to give offer outside Quebec Provinence but within Canada.

Hi,

I am applying in about a week under 2171. I have applied for my Marriage Certificate and it will be coming in a Month. So, I have a Legal Affidavit which I will be sending and meanwhile once I get the Marriage Certificate I would send a copy or can provide to VO.

Second thing, is I have about 40% of my funds in my Savings Account and rest 60% on PF (Provident Fund), so few folks have told me that I could show both together and I see in the SpreadSheet that for couple of people they have got the PER after showing the POF from their PF account.

third thing, is our HR refused to provide me the Roles and Responsibilities letter, so I got my roles and responsibility attested by a Senior colleague and also have the HR mail where she says about the policy for not providing the Roles and Responsibilities, but I have the Employment letter provided by her in the Company's letter head.

I need your response or feedback on these points - Do anyone see any issue or I should go ahead and leave the rest to God and CIC.
