Reposting!!!

Dear seniors, i have submitted my WES original report. But photocopy of degree certificates i have not attached next to this report. i have attached all degree certificates photo copy for an annexure of IMM5669E_SCH_A_Background form. It does appear in order before the WES report in my application.
Hope it will be OK; i read at forum one of the applicant's file was rejected due to not submitting of degree certi copy. am worried.. Sad
My application has reached at 24th June.

So you are 100% confident that even in a foreign currency DD of relatively higher value such a transaction would go through. Most importantly, CIC would be okay processing it. Okay, good then!!

That is something new I heard today - will check with a few bankers for my future knowledge, as I would have been sh1t worried if this had happened to me. Thanks!!

Banker at your service sir.
My opinion is in the earlier post.

Harry you are right that Indian banks are considerate when it comes to spelling mistakes, but here the bank is an international bank outside India. What they decide, nobody knows.

;D That actually sounds funny :) This should be ok though .... Good Luck not to worry..

I concur with Oscar7's post. Get it verified with the bank's manager coz the bank should pass it when applied by CIC.

The bank mentioned on the DD is Royal bank of Canada whereas I got the DD issued by a local bank in U.A.E. should I call confirm with royal bank of canada or the local bank ? And can I send out my credit card details to CIC as a back up ??

Hi Guys

I promised that i will share my silly mistakes I did while sending my application. my CC got charged yesterday.. lets hope for the PER now :)

1. I am working in Saudi Arabia so I did not write London as a visa office, i wrote Abu Dhabi ( which does not deal the immigration applications)
2. I did not put the bar code page on the top, I found it weired as the application was having page number accordingly :)
3. My birth certificate and my spouse BC has a spelling error of "E" instead of "I" and "I" instead of "E". even pronounciation is same :) i did not attach any covering letter to it.
4. I forgot to write the names in native language in one of the forms
5. The main duties column was left blank :) it was so small to accomodate my JD so I ignored it and I said, I already have my reference letters attached :)
6. My wife was appearing in IELTS on 7th June but I had to send my application on 28th May, so I wrote a note on simple paper, that I am checking the box that my wife is proficient in english and is going to appear in IELTS on 7th June, attached the receipt of it and promised to send them the result later, which i did not send yet, as I am having enough points and did not have UCI #, so I thought I will send it to the LVO once asked for update of documents.
:) if i remembered any more, il let u know... the reason i am writing this is that CIC ignores small mistakes.. so nothing to worry about specially the guys who have just sent applications and than realized ooohhhh i miss this and that :)

All the best to every buddy .... Cheerzz

lucky man

Your CC/DD was charged on 28/Aug. So does that mean to received an NER and did they mention they would be refunding your money?

Mine was NCB (AL AHLI BANK), no there is no need to inform them, i did call the online banking telephone servicea few days back, they said, its a mutual agreement between you and CIC, that you have authorized them to use your credit card, so it will go through

Hmm not that I am an expert in this field, but never heard that name before. Thanks for sharing mate!!

Several consultants can be jerks and one has to be a better jerk than them to be successful in getting things done from them - their November timeline doesn't boost much confidence, though lately I am not checking cap related data - so just go by what others in the forum say. Even if one gets in cap, my guess is that it would be a tight fit by then.

But again I am not doing any number crunching anymore - it is anyway just estimation and could go wrong so I'm not into it anymore.

Earlier I had mentioned that 1st week of Nov for 2173 would be just about touch and go...But on checking, it seems a bit too far stretched.

My estimate for NOC 2173 to reach CAP is applications sent by 4th October 2014
Estimate for NOC 2174 to reach CAP is applications sent by 8th August 2014

Hi Bro,

Sorry to hear this, you points would go like this: 4+4+5+5=18 for L+R+W+S

Age: 12
Exp:15
Bachelors : 21, not sure

so, 18+12+15+21=66..

Suggest you to add your wife's IELTS if available if she qualifies you can get 5 points for adaptability....

Best of luck

Seniors i have posted it many times kindly help..

Dear Seniors and helpers,

I have a small problem.

I have my PER mail on 28 Aug 14. I am from India and so my visa office is New delhi visa ofice NDVO

However currenlty I am in Germany for work purposes, and will be staying here for another one year. My question / query is

1) How long will it take for me to my MR mail? On average it is 50 days. For individual case, it could take higher or lower duration.
2) Can i submit my medical from a hospital here in Germany? Definitely as long as your medical checking center is e-enabled.
3) Can I request my file to be transferred to Germany visa office since I cannot give my passport for stamping visa if I am here in germany? Yes, you can to NDVO. They may honor it or reject it. No harm in requesting.
4) If ans to above question is yes, what would be the impact to my visa time and does it have any effect on further procession of my application? Once forwarded to Germany, it will process with normal time allocated for Germany Visa Office.
5) Whom shall i write a request to transfer my file shall I write to CIA in Canada New Delhi Visa office? and When and How? NDVO

Please reply since i have to write email to the concerned authorities immediately.

Thanks in advance

BR
