Thanks varuen , I got you, thanks for prompt reply. i hear that the alternate is, land in Cananda and then move to Quebec after showing residency.

So in my case, my company has branch in Montreal and if I will be given an job offer from Montreal(Quebec), then will I be allowed to move to Montreal?
And are there any restriction on companies in Montreal/Quebec to give offer outside Quebec Provinence but within Canada.

Thanks

Dear Seniors,
I have an urgent situation here...we are applying under NOC 2173 and my consultant is all set to send my application

At this moment, I got a call froim them saying that my birth certificate has (NACHAL alias PRIYA) as my name, whereas all my docs have priya and not nachal anywhere so i need to give an affidavit for the same
If i give affidavit and get it notarized now, our application will be pushed to be sent only on tuesday (16th) as i have to courier to delhi.
I am not the primary applicant; my husband is
Considering all this, please suggest me if an affidavit is required for this reason
Seniors, your help is very much seeked for :(

Hi Guys,

I'm living in Melbourne,Australia. Me and my Wife are applying for FSWP next week. We are applying on my wife's base . Occupation 4151 as a Behavioural Therapist. she has four years experience from India. Her degree is assessed and everything else is ready . Can anyone please clear my few doubts? I want to know what are the queries during they check work experience as my wife was having a Cash in hand job under a Psychologist/therapist.but we have got a detailed work experience , and my wife's business cards as a proof. Also i wanted to know ideally how long does it take for the PER to come.? and later on how long does the PCC, Medicals and PR visa take? Please if someone could guide . Thanks heaps.
Nishad

Hi prishad, is your wife self-employed? If yes:
First, check if her job duties match 60% of the chosen NOC.
If Self Employed, get as many reference documents which proves her work, even if she gets cash as payments, there should be some documents maintained about her payments she received right? Like 3 years Income Tax returns, also can include CA certified Balance Sheets and PNL statement.
Self attested job duties in this case and get this notarised. include as you said, business card and website details etc.

You can refer CIC website for the steps of PR process and the timeline is dependent on the VO you apply for.

i hope this helps. Good Luck.

Dear SAPs,

Just for my curiosity, wanted to know what do you mean by "its done externally". If someone has already filled the CC form mentioned in CIC documentation checklist, is there any other form you talking about to be filled? Would appreciate if you can shed some light

This form i am talking about is specifically the form of this concerned applicant, as requested by his bank, not by CIC.
This is with reference to the query "if CC is charged as an external charge or an internet charge". In case of CIC, as you provide them authorization "in Fee Payment Form", it is considered to be an external charge.

Does that clarify your question?

Thank you for your helpfull response.

So, I can conclude that I hav to wait for my IETLS result which should be by 1st of Nov'14 and then in 2-3 days I would be filling my app which is 4-5th Nov'14.

So how safe do you see for filling in 1st week of Nov'14 for NOC 2173

Also experts apologies for spamming but please someone asnwer 2nd part of my question in previous post regarding consultancy (opinion)

Also, I am applying through consultancy to who i have paid 55K and they still say dont worry we can file in 1st week of No'14 once u have ll docs and IELTS ready with you, you will be safe for NOC 2173 that time as well, is that true or they just giving me false hope as I apid only 28K and rest I am paying after 1month.

Please give m brief suggetion, as I desparate about this PER for Canada.?
Please giv me view on consultancy as well as they said many people make mistakes in file and they gets rejected so u hav chance in No'14 as well as we will file ur application properly

Talk to your consultancy and tell them about the caps filling in fast for the respective NOC. Show him the updated list from CIC for the applications accepted so far(242)..this week's yet to be updated..
CHeck with him if any other "cooler" NOC job duties can be matched and can the file be sent for the same.
Also ask them if they will continue to file your application next year as well without charging extra..if you paid them for this year's.
(most consultancies usually do)

One of the forumite has estimated that theres still a positive chance for NOC 2173 to be in cap..

Wait for this monday for cap update and then decide.. :-X
