Here goes your answer. Just some wild calculations and guesses though.

As per spreadsheet 69 members out of 262 for NOC 2171 have been charged fees or in further advanced stages.

CIC site mentions 191 nos. to date. (again around 33% representation on this forum which is more or less in line with our estimates)

There are 172 members ahead of you as per SS who have submitted their applications before 3rd Sept 2014. Extrapolating, as per 33% representation for this NOC, we get around 510 candidates ahead of you at this stage.

191+510=701.....
So I guess you are safe as per these rough calculations.

Ok, I will send it to my sister's house in US. The question is , if i cant get the report in next 45 days, when I send the Medical details, Can i ask NDVO to provide some more time to send the PCC from US?

Do they actually provide extra time for the PCC?

Bar code pages (2 pages) should be on top of your generic form..

when i pressed "validate" in generic form, I got 10 bar codes
so my generic application form of 5 pages is like - 3 pages of the form, 4th page full of bar codes and 5th page of two bar codes and my signature and date.
how should I arrange - as I have to place barcodes on the top - I have to place the 4th and 5th pages first and then the first 3 pages ?

These days, I somehow manage to jinx whatever I do

My student visa for England got rejected a couple of days back as my account had "20" pounds short according to their point based system. Maybe the reason was abrupt fluctuation of GBP in Pakistan I am re-applying on Monday.

Congrats. Yes, your Visa Office will contact you for PCC and Medicals or any other missing details.You can start the process now if it takes a month's time for PCC.

But CIC guide says that the visa office will send the instructions, there's no further instructions there.

I'm really happy to announce that today i recived PER!
Application sent: May 22th.
CC Charged: Sept 10th
PER: Sept 12th.

Best day ever!

What comes next guys? My visa office is Mexico City, should i being with Police Certificates? If so, where i can get the instructions to get it?

But CIC guide says that the visa office will send the instructions, there's no further instructions there.

The Visa Office will contact you via email, before they send the medicals, your file should be transferred to the Visa Office from CIO and also your Local Visa Office will be verifying your details and will do a background check before sending you medicals. All this takes around a month to a year depending on the Visa Office's pace.

Reach out to CIC from a new email ID and also mark the old one in it. Explain the issue and provide lots of data points to identify self and the original application e.g. full name, DOB, passport #, Country of birth / origin/ residence, application received date, NOC, UCI # etc.

PS - Recommend also sending a cover letter by courier for the above, and can actually scan the same and send by email (as suggested above). In the email also provide tracking # of the later sent courier & date on which it is expected / received at CIC

BTW, I am still trying to picture the conversation where you went to a bank to get a DD in Canadian dollar and probably that branch didn't deal with forex DDs and the guy convincing you to get it made in local currency and you came out of the bank with the local currency DD (sorry, just teasing you on the same please don't mind) :-X

 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.
