+1 for still contributing to SS even though you weren't registered on the forum ;). If only all other silent viewers would at least do that, the SS would be more representative.

True That !!

Hi All,

I have few questions regarding FSW 2014. I am planning to send my docs to CIC in this week only but before sending to them i want to clear my few doubts.

1) do we have to send all passports ? Old and current both

2) Do we have to send all marksheets including secondary high school ? ( I mean 10th grade and 12th grade as I am from India)

3) Can we use paperclip for binding those documents and forms as they are many ? I can say around 70 pages.

4) I am unable to fit all pages in CIC mentioned envelope which 9" x 12" ... so what should I do ?

If anyone can answers above questions then it would be great for me.

Thanks in advance

1. though not mandatory, I have sent copies of old and new passport.

2. Yes do sent 10th and 12th mark sheets also.

3. Paperclips are very much allowed.

4. Envelope size if different will not be a reason for rejection. Relax.

Hi CanOl, Can you please share a different link. This one always doesn't open with me. Do you for example a full website address, instead of the shortened one

guys

do you think 2173 has chance till mid of october

YEa could go there .... As 2174 started filling up really fast, the latter applicants chose to go with 2173 .... Over a period of time you could see 2173 really picking up pace .... but it could very well last till october ... I'd suggest you push your applications and send it across asap ... !!

generally it takes maximum 7 working days, you can ask your provider to make it priority delivery. 2 weeks is the worse case scenario.

did any one send document updated and they refused to attach it to the application . my noc is 2171 and i'm not sure whether to keep my file onthe way or to get it back and update it.

my file is in canada now but they didn't deliver yet

Take a deep breath and stay calm and it will work out.

I had bad news in April I sent my application and forgot to include translation for my common law partner as her birth certificate is in Danish. My whole pack got returned and I lost 4 weeks for CIO to send it back, 2 weeks for translation to be obtained and sent back to CIO. By this time the May FSW floodgates opened and my FSW2 app took over three months to have CC charge.

So had I realised my error I could have missed the May flood, but as they say sh@t happens

@ leillooola, @ krunal and all friends
Good news! I have received my PER on 12 Sep @ 2.11am.
NOC 1123
Application recd: 20 May
For info:
1. I have self-attested duties
2. I sent an additional package on 29 May (received at CIC on 4 Jun) containing left-out reference letter signed by my immediate superior, and acknowledged by CIC to have successfully matched with the initial aplication
3. I did not write my name on the space on consent and declaration on IMM0008 form but I signed it
4. I checked with HSBC on 2 Sept but DD still not cashed yet and about to check again today
5. I used tons of staples
6. I left gaps in history
7. I did not send mailing labels
Good luck to all who are waiting.
Admin pls update my entry in SS. Thanks.

Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

Good to know you got through even with all of those. You are a very brave person to have taken such chances :P. At least it all paid off ;D.
