I'm delighted to report that i received the much awaited PER email yesterday !!!
App received on 21st May. Payment Charged on 2nd Sept. PER received on 9th Sept.

Spreadsheet already updated !!

Few things for fellow applicants :-

1.) I provided simple bank balance certificate (No statement), photocopy of PPF passbook, A FD in name of my Spouse as POF.
2.) I did not provide BC for myself and my wife. I sent copies of SSC marksheet for both of us with an affidavit from parents stating the reason why we dont have BC.
3.) I provided reference letters from only 3 out of my 5 employers till date. each letter had no more than 5 Job descriptions. matching close to 50-60% with my NOC Code. Current employer did not mentioned no of working hours, instead wrote "Full Time" on the letter.

Certified cheque, bank draft or money order (Which is best if one doesn't have a credit card)------> ??
1 principal applicant fee = 550 CAD $

So, Bank draft should be made for 550 $ only.
WHAT ABOUT THE PER CHARGES OF 490 CAD $ (IF SELECTION IS MADE, THEN CIC WILL ASK TO COURIER ANOTHER Bank draft)----->?

Section A:
Address of Payer means (Residential address??)

Doesn't matter, all are equally good. Chose whatever is the cheapest.
Just the application fee of $550. YOu will be asked PR fee later with your medical request.
Yes, your residential address or the billing address of CC if you were using it.

Also why are you being demanding.. there are a thousand pages filled with sample PER emails. Just go back and forth a bit.

Sorry to hear this. Maybe you can send another package with the additional documents as well as a cover letter giving information they can use to identify your specific previous application such as application received date, uci and passport number, etc. Other seniors here such as Oscar7 should be able to give additional details on this. Alternatively, you could prepare an altogether new package.

Send degree and transcript copies with a cover letter mention on top your name surname as filled in form, package receive date and receiver name, DOB and mention that you forgot to include and request to include it in your package. Mention passport no. also

Applied in May and CC declined in June. Recieved Application package back in August.

As I understand your application would be place back in the regular queue. So yes you would need to use the new forms.

Umm nup .. not that I can see... BTW you can keep in touch with the latest dates at http://www.fsw2014.info/ (top right corner) I keep it as updated as possible.

Also the spreadsheet is the main source if info so have a peek at it from time to time.
