My application package reached to Ontario on 5th Sep. and after that the status was showing "Forwarded for delivery" in the DHL website. After the weekend, yesterday they have updated the status to "Arrived at Sort Facility NOVA SCOTIA AREA - CANADA". That means after 5 working days it has reached to NS. How long it will take to deliver to CIC, Sydney (NS)? Anyone have idea? I'm so worried :'( :'( :'(

Maybe today it should get delivered.

Dear friends

Now I have 2 questions about the documents:

1. I have a WES report on my master degree for which I am claiming points. Do I need to send a copy of this degree or I should send my bachelor degree to them as well.

2. What is a self-addressed lable? Is it like writing my adr on a paper ( like a note)?

Merci

Please send both Bachelors and Masters, can get both evaluated at the same cost. But, you can claim points for one, the highest. It will be useful if you want to do any course in Canada in the future.
Type your address on a word document, print it and cut it into two. Send it along with application.

CIC will use it to send any communication in future.

Hi,

I have applied under NOC 2171 on 4th Sep. Have updated SS with same.
Not sure what is the probability that my application will be considered. Any one any idea??

Regards

I have a question about settlement funds. I have been paying a kind of retirement insurance plan for 6 years now(4 more years) and educational plan for my daughter(2 more years). Do I need to declare it as my liabilities in the application form? Or is it okay not to declare it? I have more than enough fund to show from my bank certificate.

You should either call them or write to them. But it's better to write so you have something on record. Write to info.india @ dhl.com and ask them for the forwarding information from Loomis Express in Canada. Ask them for both the the AWB no and the Piece no, because I found that DHL sends multiple applications together. So while checking the loomis express tracking site... http://www.loomisexpress.com/ca/wftrackingform.aspx you need to check for your Piece no.

For ex: they had an AWB NET40582829 for five diff apps that were sent with mine. So the first person had the same piece no, that is NET40582829 and the rest of us had diff Piece nos from NET40582830 to NET40582834. So it's important to get the Piece no from DHL.

Good luck!!

Yes, Possibility to getting in.
conditions apply: only if your documents are as per CIC requirements

There is a difference between commitment and liability. I would call these commitments rather than liabilities. If I were you, I would not call/show them as liabilities. I would also not show any assets, which i dont intend to transfer to canada in the future, as long i have liquid cash in hand to prove my settlement funds.
